Very friendly, helpful staff. We were offered the chance to upgrade to a larger room for a reduced price, which we took. As a result, we were upgraded to an even larger room, which was lovely and quiet. The whole complex was lovely. We were an easy drive down to the locks. We booked here as we wanted to visit Niagara bit didn't want to stay in Niagara itself. It was an easy drive of ~35 minutes over to the falls themselves. Very nice pool area.

The night porter was a great dude. Eventhough one of our rooms appeared not to be cleaned the administrator quickly relocated us to another one.
