I had a patio, wasn't viewable private but none the least I had a patio to myself. The distance was wonderful, close to the beach without the crowd, however at the top of a steep incline. A comfortable shower, a bit firm of a bed in a snug room. For the price it was top notch for access and affordable for a holiday weekend.

The staff was very nice and ready to help. The facilities were in good condition and comfortable. The breakfast is good. There is always parking available. It was nice to have a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.

It is very unfortunate to have to say the best part was leaving. The construction noise at 7:00 in the morning was not a good way to wake up. The workers were doing demolition on the hot tub and the pool. The staff did not seem too concerned about the sub par conditions so travelers may want to stay away from this location.
