A Truly Magical Stay – 10/10! This hotel is an absolute gem! Everything about it was perfect — the place is unbelievably cute, with a stunning pool and breathtaking views. The location is excellent: just a short walk to the center, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet setting. We stayed in a beautiful luxury room with a super comfortable bed and mountain view — every detail was thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was beyond amazing: fresh fruit juices, generous portions, and absolutely delicious. We were welcomed with a lovely platter of fresh fruit and spoiled with small gestures throughout our stay — including complimentary evening foot baths! The team was the most attentive and caring I’ve ever experienced in any hotel. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. I loved every second of it. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful place. The hosts are very helpful and inviting. They helped us to book a taxi and tickets to Trang an. We had a wonderful time, very good food. They also cooked food for our little son that didnt want to eat traditional vietnamese food. Would love to come back next time.

The bustling areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are great, but this hotel is definitely recommended for those who want to relax. ・The lady at the front desk was very professional even though we arrived before check-in time! Even after we checked out, she accommodated our requests. Sorry for asking for so much😭 She was one of the nicest people we met during our trip to Vietnam❤️ ・The spa experience was also amazing. The staff at budget spas in cities in Vietnam often do a sloppy job but the staff here was really different ⭐️ ・The chirping of the birds was my wake-up call in the morning. Coming from Tokyo, a jungle of concrete, it was really relaxing 🦜 ・The male front desk staff member we met at breakfast was also very polite and nice. He listened carefully to our poor English 😂 I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with this experience that I decided to write one. If you are planning to visit Ninh Binh or Trang An, you should definitely stay here!

The location was lovely. It was in the centre of Trang An and easily commutable to everything on offer. I was thankful that when I voiced our disappointment with the owner, I was able to get a small discount on the room after talking to their English speaking daughter.

Lovely hosts, very helpful, gave us lots of tips about the area and helped us book a taxi to get to Hanoi (cheaper than grab) - don’t speak much English but are handy with a translation app. Rooms are better than photos with big baths - the swimming pool was a bonus, the sunset from the pool was wonderful. Free bikes to get into town and to see the attractions. Breakfast was wonderful!

Wooden gate is a superb hotel in the middle of a luxurious jungle vegetation. The rooms are beautifuly decorated, the colors are matching perfectly. It gives bobo jungle chic vibes and we loved it. The swimming pool is perfect and everything is spotless. There a bikes available for free. We booked a room with a little living area for three nights. It is well located and is super cute. The breakfast is delicious (lots of choices) and breakfast area is wonderful

Everything. Room was clean and nice, swimming pool was not too big, but big enough to swim a bit and cool after hot day. Sourounding was quiet and pretty.There was possibilty of using bike for free, rent a motorbike for good price. Owners were very kind and helpful, they let us stay for free till evening in our room in day we were leaving, cause we had late bus to Hoi An and at the end gave us free bottle of small water. One thing - they do not book tickets for buses, but you can easily do it in Tam Coc by yourself.

Away from all of the noise of Tam Coc, but still a walking distance away from the majority of the main sites. Close to restaurants and shops. A swimming pool with a view. Best of all were the family running the homestay, who made all of their guests feel as welcome possible. Catering to individuals dietary requirements, booking great tours, laundry service and anything else to make your stay as perfect as possible.

Chi’s place was so lovely. The bed in our room was so big and comfy. The aircon was great. We loved having a swimming pool and space to chill. All of the staff were so helpful, they helped us hire a motorbike, so our laundry and provided us with a lovely breakfast each morning. It’s only a short cycle to main Tam Coc (free bicycles from the property were so handy!). Would highly recommend staying here
