The night shift manager corrected the issue so we could check in , but the reservation still needed to be solved so we didn’t have to pay extra. From check in to check out, this is the best service I have ever seen, the reception staff is very courteous, the waiter at dinner was awesome, he recommended great food and drinks from the on-site restaurant, breakfast was great, the waiter at breakfast had very nice conversation and interaction with my family and helped us get settled at breakfast, the hot tub made me relax and the kids too, the pool was amazing, the room was clean, huge and comfy, we had room 114, near the pool, they had a well stocked shop if you needed anything, I will definitely come back, it was a very nice break...
