I had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel in Saranda! Everything was spotless and perfectly clean, and the facilities are modern and fresh. This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to many, but this one is definitely in my top list. The interiors are beautiful, modern, and very clean, as is the whole hotel. Breakfast was really good, and most importantly, the host is an absolutely wonderful person. There are also great amenities for women, such as a proper hairdryer and good lighting for makeup. I truly recommend this place with all my heart and will definitely come back!

    I am very happy that I was able to visit this amazing hotel! The location is very convenient, 2 minutes walk to the beach. There is also a bar on the beach with various drinks. We chose an all-inclusive room and were incredibly pleased!! The room is always clean, cleaning was done every day. Every day they brought us clean towels, slippers and water. We have never seen such cleanliness in any hotel, it is impressive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are very tasty. You can find food to suit every taste. We were not looking for the other restaurants, since this hotel had wonderful one! The most important thing I want to note is the staff. We met an amazing man Elsi who is the manager of the restaurant. He was very professional, kind and always helped us with any kind of requests. We are honestly so happy to met him, because It’s the first time when we met such a helpful person! He is really good with service and definitely he knows how to work with guests🌟 Also the manager of hotel was very nice , helped to change money and explained everything about Vlora and how to go to the city center. This is what we called 5 stars service!!! We are higher recommended to choose this hotel ❤️👌🏽

    Everything! From the moment we arrived at Premium Beach Hotel, we felt like VIPs. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on our balcony with a stunning sea view was pure magic. The rooms were stylish, spotless, and super comfy. The staff was absolutely amazing: always smiling, helpful, and making sure we had the best stay. Breakfast was a feast, with so many delicious options to choose from. We also loved the spa area - pure relaxation! Can’t wait to come back for another perfect beach escape!

    The sea suddenly deepens, but the water wasn't salty. The city's beach was pebbly. You have to go to some more distant beaches for sand, but it's a fascinating city. It's definitely worth seeing.

    Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of the town at least seems to have opted to cater for those who prefer loud music / water activities on the beaches. That said, there is a good selection of bars & restaurants both in the centre of the town and on the main road into it. The hotel in which we stayed (Area Hotel) was excellent. Public transport is ok - there is a bus every 30 mins to Sarande or Butrint BUT it is packed & an experience in itself! Fares are 150 Lek (1.5 euro) each way. Taxis are available but cost approx 30 euro each way. Although card payment is accepted in most restaurants / hotels etc, it seems as though cash is king in Albania. Local currency (Lek) can be accessed once you're in the country by changing euro at one of the many exchanges.

    Durrës is a very diverse city, with both modern buildings and unfinished construction as well as scattered trash. The seafront promenade is long and pleasant, lined with plenty of restaurants and small shops. Public transport is available and inexpensive, with a bus ticket costing 40 lek. You can also find bike rentals for exploring the city.

    If you are looking for a beach holiday with crystal-clear water, you need to go somewhere beyond Vlora. The central seaside street is very beautiful, it even feels a bit like Miami. But the sea in the city itself is awful – dirty and grey.

    Himarë is the kind of place that captures your heart the...

    Himarë is the kind of place that captures your heart the moment you arrive. The town is small but full of charm, with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly locals. You’ll find everything you need: beaches, restaurants, little shops, and a touch of authentic Albanian hospitality. The beaches are truly the highlight. From the main Himarë beach along the promenade to the smaller coves near Prinos, the water is crystal clear and inviting. Street parking is free and accessible. For those who love exploring, having a car is a must—nearby treasures like Porto Palermo, Aquarium Beach, and Gjipe (which requires a short but rewarding 2 km hike) are absolutely worth it. Himarë has both the charm of a quiet village and the energy of a seaside town. You’ll enjoy fresh seafood, traditional Greek-Albanian dishes, and the simple pleasure of strolling along the corniche at sunset. It’s not overly touristy yet, which makes it feel authentic and special. The only thing I didn’t like? That our stay was too short! Two nights are not enough for Himarë: it deserves much more time to be discovered and enjoyed. And next time, I won’t leave without trying the famous Greek gyros at one of the local restaurants. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a mix of beautiful beaches, authentic culture, and a peaceful yet lively atmosphere. Himarë is definitely a destination to return to.

    It's inexpensive here, the sea is beautiful, but there are no attractions. And the biggest problem is cleanliness. There is a lot of trash on the beach, a lot of open trash cans, in some places it stinks of sewage, and in one place something is leaking from a large pipe right onto the sand on the beach. If you stay at a good hotel, you may not notice any of this. But if you go for a walk around the city, unfortunately, it is clear that there are major problems with cleanliness.

    The owner was very responsive.

    The owner was very responsive. The apartment had everything from kitchenware to WiFi ,free parking and quiet area. It is very close to Vlora city and Rradhima. The closest beach is 2-minutes driving, or 7-10 minutes waking.

    Qeparo is a charming little village with a lovely "shetitore" (promenade) perfect for evening walks along the beach. The village stretches along the coast, offering breathtaking views and crystal-clear waters, though you'll need to walk a few steps to reach the shore. We had no trouble finding a sunbed without reservations, and the food was delicious and fairly priced—highly recommend restaurants Poseidon and Te Stefi! The only downside was the lack of trash bins along the promenade, which left the walking path a bit messy. This is definitely an area that could be improved. Overall, a peaceful, beautiful spot with great food and friendly vibes.

    The owners seemed to make the effort to provide with help and assistance, despite the lack of quality in the aspects below. For the price you pay in high season which was 45 EUR per night, of course you don't expect luxury, but some basics should be in place: - 1st of all, the photos used in Booking.com were all from the 2nd building they manage, and don't correspond with the room booked at least on 50%. - the power plugs were a hazard to be aware(when you're travelling with a toddler). - the electric stove provided was almost at half meter height, a constant danger for toddlers. - the air con could be put on only by plugging in the plug and it was configured to the coldest temperature, very annoying to deal with it during the night. - hygiene could've improved: closet was dirty on the top, full of dust, the bathroom super-small. - when I asked for a sponge and dishwashing lotion, the owner told me that I was the 1st ever to ask for that. What? You put a kitchen.
