Easy to say: everything! Batjar, Murat, Adela and Leila made us feel like part of the family. The food was amazing and they were very flexible in every way. Thanks again for domino nights, great recommendations and your extremely open & friendly attitude. For everybody who wants something off the main tourism route in the middle of nature, a must!

This is a new hotel with a good location, close to the town center. The staff is very helpful, especially the receptionists and the manager.
The breakfast is now served in an another hotel but will be soon be served in the rooftop.

We had a nice experience in Berat. The room we stayed in was clean and adequate. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning was working smoothly, the breakfast and the view were great.
