The property must have some of the best views on Theth! Exceptional landscape. The house and rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable beds. Rita had no problem changing my room to a mountain view after the first night which had unparalleled views🙏🏼 The food was delicious and huge portions! (You can pack leftovers for the next day). Rita makes the yummy bread and cheese herself. It's a gorgeous mini hike to the property from the end of the Valbonë/Theth hike if you take the mini trail across a small suspension bridge which is more direct (and beautiful) than the road. The people running it are genuinely awesome and excellent, from Bekham to all the staff. They try very hard to make their clients comfortable and at ease. Yes, there are gaps in the building and rooms , but they are to be expected such as thin walls, no curtain in the showers...etc. However, these small inconveniences did not have an impact on my stay nor enjoying their wonderful green space and amazing restaurant as well as their central.location. We stayed at a guesthouse in the mountains about a 10 minute...
We stayed at a guesthouse in the mountains about a 10 minute drive from the main village. We did really enjoy being outside of the village as it was a bit crowded and littered. We did have a rental car and felt it was nice to have but there were taxis and group vans all over the main parking lot in Theth to take travelers to different popular hiking spots like The Blue Eye. If you do rent a car, a smaller car is better as the mountain roads are not very wide. Overall, the views are absolutely amazing and it feels like a fairytale little town.Guest review byBuchholz - 10.0

Theth is scenic and beautiful, and the hiking in the area is wonderful. But as a village that is new to the tourism industry, it needs to decide what it wants to be - a destination for the outdoor-loving hiker, or one for loud thumping-music-loving weekenders. Theth is breathtaking!
Theth is breathtaking! At times I compared it to Switzerland. Other times to Nepal. The mountains are dramatic and the village, although bursting and bustling with tourists and hotels and restaurants - still maintains an authentic feel. The road to Theth is quite an experience with many switchbacks up and down and with traffic coming at you- you need a stomach of iron, but it’s so worth it to arrive on this gem of a valley. The road in the village is not paved so drive slowly. We had a fantastic dinner at villa Gjecaj restaurant- beautiful setting, peaceful and amazing food. Lots of hiking options.
