The hotel offers an outstanding value half-board option (breakfast and evening meal), which I recommend. They have a lovely system of table allocation. You are shown your table in the restaurant on your first day and this becomes your table for the duration of your stay, breakfast and evening meal. The service staff in the restaurant go the extra mile to ensure everything is to your satisfaction and all speak English to make you feel comfortable. The room is stylish and comfortable with a very well-equipped bathroom. As a bonus, my room had a balcony with a table and chairs, that offered fantastic views of the mountains, with both impressive sunrises and sunsets. The owners are involved in the day-to-day management of the hotel, and it shows. The room, the food, the pool, the mountains, and of course the staff. We arrived and immediately checked in and shown to our parking just beside the hotel. The room was large, clean and had a balcony overlooking both the mountains and the cozy square situated right outside the hotel. We where traveling with our small dog Leo, who can't be left alone. The staff was beyond helpfull, with solutions to accommodate our needs. They also took the time to say hi to Leo, which were much appreciated🥰 The surrounding area had a lot of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. All though we found it a bit pricy. we had half pension, so we ate at the hotel restaurant, and boy, we where not disappointed. Several dishes and each one very delicious. Since it was my friend's birthday, I had asked in advance if flowers could be organised and the staff member I had communicated with selected a most beautiful bouquet 👌🏻😍 thank you so much! We hiked along the western shore of the lake, up to the Alm that was there. I wished we had had the time and better weather to take the gondola up and hike around in the lofty heights. There is also a hike we want to go back for. You can take a bus west, up valley to another alm, and hike back, or hike both ways. Loved walking the Parish Trail (Pfarrerbichl) with scenic views of the town and lake (and religious interest if so inclined). Nanni’s had a delicious goulash & apple strudel; Cafe Nouveau had a spicier goulash, even better! Batzenhäus had great local food. Pertisau is the location for the (fictional) Chalet School (...
Pertisau is the location for the (fictional) Chalet School (the first book, The School at the Chalet, was published 100 years ago in 1925), so anyone who has read the books will find it instantly recognisable, even today. Even without that link, the Achensee is a wonderful base in which to spend time in the Austrian alps, with plenty to do and see in summer. There are fantastic walks in the area and hotels and guesthouses offer a free travel card which can be upgraded for less than 100 euros to a week-long holiday card offering free travel on the ferries, cable cars and the famous Achenseebahn, as well as free entries to the local museums in Pertisau, Achenkirche and Maurach.Guest review byShirleyUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Reith by Seefeld and the surrounding is a magical place with beatiful nature, scenery and a smile on the locals face. We came with our 2 young daugthers and we found the place fit to our needs. Have been is Seefeld 3 times until now, twice in winter and once is summer. Excellent place for vacation or short stay. Hotels and facilities are modern, mainly built in 1960's for Innsbruck Olympics. Seefeld has cross-country skiing and big warm open pool if compare to other surrounding resorts.
