Not that it wouldn't fit, but because it wouldn't fully explain our stay at Wiengut Taggenbrunn. I think that the owners bought the fortress and the surrounding domain and pumped huge sums of money, not as a simple investment that seeks profit. In this case, the owners simply found a way to "deposit" the money in a property located in a good, traditional location. They bought a dilapidated fortress and created a fabulous, stylish and tasteful domain around it. The decision to share this domain with the rest of us is commendable. Why am I saying this? The prices charged maybe for visitors can be good from the "very good quality-price ratio" perspective. But from the perspective of the owners, is not profitable. They will not get the "recovery of the investment" in this life. That's why such initiatives deserve praise: these people deposited their money in a property without looking for immediate profit, they arranged all the things with a lot of work and passion.
