The receptionists and hotel manager were polite and welcoming answering any questions! Both times we stayed in this hotel we arrived at lunchtime and they let us check-in early after I gave them only few hours notice in advance of my arrival time! The hotel boasts an quiet and peaceful location, within easy walking distance of superb restaurant and the picturesque Park Kaylaka. There was no noise in the rooms, the air-conditioning worked perfectly and beds were comfortable so we had a very good night sleep. Free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated especially the twin room that we stayed the first night. There were fridge, toiletries and towels provided in the room.

Huge room, very clean and close to the city centre. Parking outside on the street next to the hotel. Breakfast for an extra 10lev pp was chosen from a menu. The staff were quick to deal with an issue in the room and upgraded us.

The apartment was perfect for us, the host could not have been more friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable, important for me with my bad back. The bathroom is small but the shower has amazing pressure so please don't let that put you off. The apartment is in the perfect location to explore the area, we only wish we had stayed longer.
