From the point of arrival, I was welcomed with a smile and a ton of information. The front end was wonderful at answering my questions and pointing me in the direction I needed to go.
My room was upgraded to 2 queens and a kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable room! The shower was clean, and the water pressure was divine after a long drive. My boys loved the swimming pool and hot tub, and I enjoyed the steam room.
We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the meals were lovely. All the staff that we came across were super kind, well-kept, and professional. Outside, located around the buildings, there were warm fires going with many chairs for guests. We very much enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back again!

Fantastic location, easy to find with fabulous staff who were friendly and exceptional. We greatly enjoyed the room which had everything we needed and was very clean and luxurious. We enjoyed being able to park right outside our room which made it super easy to move our luggage in. Special mention to the friendly and excellent reception staff and excellent and friendly restaurant staff at both breakfast and dinner. Excellent location for both our room around the lake and also the view of the lake from the restaurant. Lovely hot tub and washing machine and tumble dryer room which was cheaper then a laundromat. The lake is beautiful and so is Jasper National Park. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The people were cheerful and welcoming even as they're recovering from the fire of 2024. We ate at the Raven restaurant which had fantastic food and excellent service in addition to outdoor seating. The Maligne Lake sunset cruise was wonderful with a fun guide.

We also had an icecream at Scoops- the range of flavors was tremendous.
We went shopping and my friend found a bathing suit for $40 that is unheard of.
The hot tub at the Lobstick was fantastic 👌

Friendly and interesting shops a restaurants. Easy to walk around. Rock Mountaineer offices have moved from station to other side of road and further up. Good local museum on outskirts of town; plenty of artifacts.
