We had to stay in Golden.
We had to stay in Golden. We had appointment in Radium, were taking others with us that weren't able to go until Sat morning. Golden is not a tourist "mecca" just a means to an end. We went to a lovely restaurant called Eleven 22 that was within 5 minutes walk of the complex and the staff there were very helpful. Beautiful surroundings of the mountains.
Beautiful surroundings of the mountains. This area is perfect for day trips to Banff, Lake Louise and Emerald Lake. Less crowded and less expensive hotels here than Banff. And the drive from Golden to Banff is beautiful.Guest review byFrankieUnited States
