Besides the breathtaking views “arosa card” was included in the hotel price. It was a pleasant surprise for our family since all activities like rope park, rental boat on the lake and sky lifts of the village were free of charge with that card.

Good hotel in a great location! Friendly to dogs, a dog bed and a bowl were waiting for us in the room. Gorgeous mountain view from the room. The rooms are compact but cozy and nicely furnished.     The rooms were really nice and big, cute checkered duvet covers, lovely balcony with fantastic views. Just outside of the town to not feel busy and on top of everything. It's an easy walk in. Perfect if traveling with a dog as there is loads of walking on the doorstep - you can have a maximum of three with you and they do not charge for them. Breakfast was super with the freshest eggs you'll ever have. Dinner menu catered to everyone's needs. The staff and service was super for our one night stay.

    Amazing hotel, the view from our room and the dining room was breathtaking, we couldn’t believe it when we walked in. We had a family room and the couch was made into two single beds which were very comfy for the kids. Breakfast was very good. We were only there for one day to see snow for Christmas and the hotel provided us with sleds and we took the free bus up the hill and spent the day sledding and even managed to feed some squirrels on the squirrel walk. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

    Amazing location. Right by the lake, easy to walk from the train station or park. There is car charging in the cover carpark across the road. The staff were nice and helpful with check-in. They didn't mention the Arosa card but they did supply us with them one we asked. This gives you access to the cable cars and other discounts. The bed was very comfortable and beautiful views from the balcony.

    The hotel was really beautiful. The staff was so kind and the room have a romantic style. The hotel have a central position so you can go where you want by foot. They give to me a special card for go up to the mountains and I had the opportunity to see the Bear. The experience was great. For sure I will come back

    Cleanliness,well proportioned room with a fridge and lovely bathroom.Easy parking outside.There are no staff on site and the contact no was out of service.This is a self service hotel and is best viewed as a bed for the night or longer if you use the local cafes and eateries for your sustanance. The hotel has alot of character with a games room and a bar .Being out of season it was very quite and the bar was not in use.I would go again the only issue I had was not being a tec head was getting into the hotel.You need to go to the link on your confirmation e mail to check in to get the access code and room no.Not always easy at journeys end and being awake for 28 hrs.

    The town lacks a true center, but still offers plenty of Apres Ski and shops. Go visit Yolanda and her daughter at the Arosa Shop for quality souveniers - we bought hoodies and T-Shirts for the entire family. They are friendly and fun! The sport shops are knowledgable and helpful.

    Overall, Arosa is an excellent ski resort. Variety of slopes, very nice restaurants and bars on the slopes and in town, friendly people. Good variety of shops, free bus service, comfortable parking right at the lifts.
