Very beautiful hotel. Very nice room and bathroom. Very kind, nice, thoughtful staff. They carried my luggage to my room on arrival. Every evening live piano music. Location was amazing, right at the lake. We only had one night at the place but we had a nice drinks outside in the evening, breakfast with the view (amazing options, including some prosecco) and chilled at the pool for half a day. They have a secured parking nearby (you can unload the car at the hotel and then take the car, 3 min walk). Rooms were just the right size with very comfy beds.

Novotel Lugano Paradiso is a four star hotel, just 200 metres from Lake Lugano and the centre of Lugano can be reached within 5 minutes by bus.
