United StatesOne of the best customer experiences I ever had, STEFAN is the definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES. He was amazing since check in. He was very professional in welcoming and went out of his way to help me with parking my van because I thought it will not fit in the garage but Stefan was amazing he went out with me to the garage to make sure that the van fits. Another case where Stefan was amazing was when I ordered food and couldn't find the driver. Honestly, he deserves to be the Hotel manager not only the reception.

NetherlandsVery comfortable beds, good facilities (expected way less from a trailer). You have access to good toilets and shower (in a separate compartment outside). They provide hair dryer, soaps, shampoos, towels, water, coffee machine& capsules. Waking up in the swiss countryside and having a coffe at the table outside looking at beautiful views is a lovely memory. Overall a very good experience.

Very quaint town along the Rhein river. Easy to drive to Schaffhausen and Rheinfalls. Also easy access to the boats going up and down the river. The room was nice and clean and the staff was helpful on arrival. However the room was on the second floor with no lift. This is a problem for elderly or limited strength people with more than cabin luggage. Whilst the staff assisted with carrying the suitcases upstairs, no such help was provided on the way out. There is also a bar downstairs with music playing until midnight, which prevented us from sleeping until after the music stopped. This is a walkable city, with great neighborhoods and restaurants. This was also one place where we could mingle with local residents and learn to chat in German briefly. The hotel is located on an ok location, not too far from the waterfall. We could easily get to the watrfall on foot. The hotel even alloved us to leave our car on the parking after the checkout time. The Rheinfall is a must see.
The Rheinfall is a must see. Many restaurants were closed presumably due to Covid. We had to eat in snack-bars except when we found a Pizza restaurant. The pizza was great. There is not a lot to see in Neuhausen itself apart from the spectacular falls, but there are many possibilities to walk on trails along the banks of the river including to Schaffhausen and accross a bridge to Furlingen. I would recommend staying in Schaffhausen and either walking to the falls or taking a short train ride to Neuhausen. Some of the trails have rather steep inclines so some older people may have difficulties. Neuhausen seems to be more a back-packers hotel location and accomodation is basic but overpriced, certainly where we stayed.Guest review byDavidSwitzerland
