It has a terrasse (was closed) and a bar at the last floor. Nice clean hall, breakfast zone and a lot of high-speed elevators. No noise came form the street, because there is 2 windows there and tight curtains. Bed was big and clean. Bathroom was big and clean as well. Berlin is a great place to visit, loads of history to explore, public transport very easy to use, people very friendly and I felt quite safe . The apartment was in a quiet serene area. Walking distance to Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch. Rewe supermarket within walking distance. Bustop right outside the apartment. Apartment was fully equipped and had all the amenities one may require. Cosy, clean and beautiful. Hot showers, comfortable beds, sun room. There is so much history, many fine buildings, museums of all kinds and boat cruises galore! Transport is excellent, particularly if you have a Berlin Welcome card or a Public transport card. We loved learning more of the history of Berlin and seeing the reconstruction that took place after the devastation of the Second World War. The memorials to those murdered in the war were powerful and sobering and we appreciated the efforts by the people of Germany to acknowledge their part in that dark part of history. We searched out German food and enjoyed some great meals. Several great places we ate were close to our hotel and that was especially convenient. The transportation on the trams and subway was excellent. It made exploring the large city easy. Don't miss seeing the Topography of Terror museum.
