It is about five kilometers from the interesting Camprodon (where you will find all necessary services as well as a challenging golf course). Espot is a lovely town on a mountain river.
Espot is a lovely town on a mountain river. Its half-dozen restaurants are all within 50m of each other, and prices were half what you'd pay in Barcelona. The summer hiking is spectacular, but limited to two valleys. If you want to visit other parts of the park, you may want to split your stay between Espot and Boi. Small town with all facilities. An ideal base for touring the area. Two large lakes within easy travel with watersports.Plenty of cafes.Supermarket - Esclat- has a small bakery at the entrance but the supermarket itself is not very well stocked and not a great range of foods.
