Loved the extra facilities with this, breakfast, afternoon and evening snacks in the preferred club lounge and access to the preferred club terrace with the Balinese beds. Rooms were exceptional, with super comfy beds and spacious bathrooms and balcony had amazing sea views. Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was great with lots of shops and bars within a short walking distance. Great choice of food options for all meals, loved the exceptional choice for breakfast and the dinner buffet.

The resort boasts multiple pools, each with crystal-clear water, some heated, some refreshing. A perfect combination. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip to cool off, do some laps or lounge in the water there’s a pool for every mood. Or just spend the day on a comfy sunbed or even balinese beds to soak in the peaceful atmosphere. There is no need to reserve it at dawn ;) there are enough of them. The beautiful beach pkaya del duque is just a short walk away. in my opinion the nicest beach i have seen in teneriffe. there are lots of cafes, bars and fish restaurants on the sea promenade. Its a lovely upscale area.
The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt comfortable and cared for. Their attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable.
Food was another highlight! The breakfast and dinner buffets were simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes.
As for the rooms—absolutely stunning! Spacious, elegantly designed, and featuring ultra-comfortable beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Some rooms even come with a private jacuzzi in the garden, and I was lucky enough to have one! Relaxing under the stars in my own private oasis was an unforgettable experience.
This hotel is pure perfection. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with top-notch service, amazing food, and breathtaking surroundings, this is hotel is incredible value.

Staff was amazing and always went above and beyond.
Diego greeted us at 1am on our first night and is a asset to the hotel! Best welcome we could’ve asked for extremely knowledgeable about the island and offered us water. The security guard also lovely and had local information to offer on places to visit. Breakfast is a highlight amazing selection and the lady cooking omelettes does it all with a smile and makes you feel extremely welcome.

Nice manager Eduardo and his assistant Diego. Helped to solve the issues that arose during the holiday. Cleaning the room and changing the linen. It was cool in the morning, as it is located high in the mountains. The rooms certainly need updating. But the price is appropriate.

They helped us to reserve the vinery tour :) I also received a gift for my birthday from the hotel manager which was such a nice gesture. Breakfast was delicious. The entire hotel is amazing. Pool, gym, spa, restaurant...you can spend the entire time not leaving the hotel. Room service was exquisite. We had a lovely time and can't wait to return!

Unparalleled, wonderful, magical.
Now, a bit more in detail:
We chose this hotel by chance just two days before our flight, drawn by its location and all-inclusive option. At check-in, the receptionist greeted us warmly and explained everything in detail. When we entered our room, we were absolutely thrilled: a spacious apartment with a kitchen, a large bedroom and living room, a terrace with an ocean view, and an enormous rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of both the ocean and Mount Teide!
The hotel has a truly authentic feel, everything is designed with great taste, and we are so happy that you have such a talented gardener on staff!
Even though we’re not the type to stay in the hotel all day, it was a pleasure to take evening walks around the beautiful grounds and capture amazing photos!
P.S. There are at least three adorable cats living on the premises – a lovely bonus!
The only downside was the woman at the restaurant entrance who, somewhat unwelcomingly, kept asking for our room number. It didn’t make much sense, given that all guests were clearly wearing their wristbands, and it left a bit of an unpleasant impression.
In the end: the views are absolutely magical, the food is always available and delicious, the apartments are fantastic (for reasonable guests), and the location is perfect – with restaurants, shops, and the best beaches nearby.

Me, my husband, and our kids really loved our stay in this hotel because of the great pool area with heated swimming pools, clean and spacious rooms with beautiful view terraces. And the restaurant was exceptional 😋, we took the ultra all inclusive deal for the whole family and we were enjoying great food and drinks all day long and also around the pool. The animators were very friendly and entertaining, the staff at the restaurant was super efficient and still friendly, even the cleaning ladies were with a smile on their faces every day. We felt really welcomed and simply loved the whole vacation ❤️!

There is nothing we didn't like. Staff is super welcoming and accommodating, and there was nothing they couldn't arrange (from tennis coach to day trips and nannies).
The hotel is beautiful with amazing gardens, pools, and many restaurants to choose from. The beach club (also because of Luis and Javier) was the best for lunch.
The kids club is amazing with tons of things to do for the little ones. Especially Gemma was a superstar with the kids; our son kept asking to go back to her.
We also enjoyed the spa and tennis court. The whole property was super taken care of and well maintained.

Entertainment team were fantastic and an amazing filled programme for the kids. Kept them busy and entertained and out of the sunshine if it got too warm. My kids especially loved the cookie making and T-shirt painting. Also loved the water aerobics every day in the pool with the instructors. Loved the fact the cleaners came each day to the room the place was spotless and very well maintained. Had an amazing stay here.

Amazing hotel. The food was amazing, lots of choice good quality.
The best thing was the staff though. The kids club animators were amazing. Also the staff in charge of activities like spinning, aquagym etc. Really great people.

Excellent staff. Location was ideal if you don't mind a 10 min walk up a hill. We found this very good exercise and well worth it. The area is great for restaurants and views.

The Hotel Volcano is in a great Location, it is a great place to visit, we will be definitely returning next year and for the foreseeable future holidays.
I would definitely recommend the Tuk, Tuk tour.
It’s gives you a better feel for this beautiful place in playa de Las Americas.
I found this place to be very clean, tidy and very Welcoming!!

La Caleta is much nicer than Adeje, less commercial, quieter and much more peaceful. Plenty of diverse bar and restaurants.
Pleasant to walk around without the hustle and bustle of Adeje.
Having said that, Adeje is within walking distance.

We loved it here.
We loved it here. The quieter part of the island but easy to get around by bus. Lots of nice restaurants and a really relaxed friendly vibe. Also lots of activities around of that what you want to do.

Hotel spotless.
Hotel spotless. All staff very friendly and go out their way to make you feel at ease. Lovely location and great access to coastal path. San Blas is great for a night out. Old Fashioned is fantastic, as is Tapas. Spoons is a welcome new addition. Everyone, everywhere is very friendly 😎

Sprawling development which merges into Los Gigantes. At the base of a very steep hill. Good selection of restaurants but spread over a large distance. A couple of great restaurants close to Los Dragos.

El Medano is totally different than the other more common...
El Medano is totally different than the other more common tourist centres further up the coast. Aimed for surfing types, wind/foil/kite and more. Enough nice restaurants and cafes for local food. No late night life but Fri and Saturdays are usually still lively.
Beaches pristine and can walk for kms. Have to mention the wind, as it's almost always blowing, but that's what draws the surfers.

We love living and hiking in the quiet hinterland few miles North, up the hills and away from the water front in LC and LA,
yet we also love swiming the ocean at the truly great playas (Camison, Duque, Las Vistas etc.) and walking the Golden Mile when it's not over-crowded.
Golf fans have a decent green ready to play, one of the greenest area of Arona/Adeje.
Hike to Vilaflor and Canadas, take a ferry to Gomera, go to a folk fest in the village... 10s of options open
Excellent frutas y verduras, fresh fish (e.g. tra the local tuna bonito doradas etc.), quesos fresco (e.g., try those young unsalted semi-curados, requeson, greek yougurts etc.)

The town is quiet but has plenty of restaurants and supermarkets to choose from, all within walking distance.
There is a great bus service which allows you to travel to other nearby towns on the island, including Los Cristianos, Las Americas and Costa Adeje and is a very cost effective way to get around.

Candelaria is a gem of a destination on Tenerife that we absolutely adore. This charming town offers several small, lovely beaches and a long, beautiful promenade perfect for leisurely walks. It exudes a peaceful and cozy atmosphere, with friendly locals and tourists alike. The town has everything you need, including shops, shopping centers, and a variety of restaurants. Finding parking is easy, at least in February, which adds to the convenience. It's also easily accessible by rental car, just a 20-minute drive from the northern airport. Candelaria is an excellent base for exploring the island, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and amenities.
