We chose the shepherd’s hut which was well appointed with a chic bathroom in a 100+ old building on the site.
The restaurant is super high-end with attention to details and amuse-bouches to die for.
It’s a family business at heart and we appreciated the owner taking time to check everything was to our liking.
I can’t fault the place. The family put their hearts into making it a wonderful experience and they made us feel at home.

The price was very affordable and the staff were pleasant, the best part is the location, this is an excellent base as your 30-45mins from mountains, gorges, lakes, perched villages, towns and the beach!
I can't believe that people would leave a bad review because it was raining during their stay, how petty! the accommodation isn't responsible for the weather!

Fayence is a quaint, traditional village with a market three days a week, which is especially large and busy on Saturdays. There are numerous small, independent shops and restaurants in the village and there are several major supermarkets within a few miles.
The views from the village are beautiful.

Great location for visiting the south of France by car.
Great location for visiting the south of France by car. Roads are a bit tight as it is a mountainous perched village. Accommodation at Villa Magnolia is amazing: There is a pizza and burger place; a few restaurants including restaurant Chez Hugo which is a bit more upmarket and experimental food. Lots of art galleries and a gift shop. Supermarket express close to city centre and a bigger supermarket in a neighbouring town. Gorgeous views in a quaint little village!

Very convenient place to stay for access lots of places on the French Riviera but you need a car to explore.
The paddle boarding on the lake is well worth trying and a short drive up the mountain to Fayence is lovely.

Having recently sold our villa in a nearby village, we know the area well. Fayence is the largest of a number of nearby hill top villages, all with quaint cobbled streets and beautiful views. There is a choice of supermarkets and excellent boulangeries within easy reach. Fayence has a market three mornings a week, with the Saturday market being the largest - and busiest!

Attractive little place (as are Fayence, which is underrated, and Seillans, which is slightly overrated). Only there briefly - as mainly we stayed in the nearby Terre Blanche golf/spa resort - but very nice. We ate at La Pause Tourrettane, which was very nice and had a great view over the plane.
