Excellent service, we arrived during busy dinner time, quick and efficient check in. Ate in the restaurant, excellent food and atmosphere. We were delayed in arriving back to checkout, staff were very understanding and did not charge extra. Beautiful room with view over the estuary. We wish we could have stayed longer.

    Beautiful from start to finish, the staff were so helpful and friendly haven’t got a bad word to say about the place, the spa was lovely and open early till late, our room was more than spacious beautiful all over.     Perfect location. Excellent communication from the hoast - clear instructions on where to park and how to access the room by getting the key from a handy lock box. The room was absolutely lovely with a very comfortable bed and a nice size shower. There were coffee and tea making facilities and even a packet of cookies to welcome us 🙂

    This hotel was perfect in every way. Rooms were spotless and beds were so comfortable. Spa is amazing also and breakfast was delicious. Also the woman at reception palao made this hotel exceptional very friendly and went out her way to help with anything I needed! 10/10 hotel for me

    I love Bristol I have been down 3 times this year.

    I love Bristol I have been down 3 times this year. I like Gloucester Road and the hustle and bustle the fruit and vegetables displays on the pavement at really good prices. Cheaper than the supermarket. 😃. The harbour area is also lovely to visit with lots of places to eat and drink. Clifton suspension bridge is worth a visit.

    I lived 25 minutes away from bristol for my entire life until last year, It's absolutely crammed with things to interest a wide range of tastes. Bristol is the UK's most painted city, there's street art everywhere. Fantastic music scene with numerous venues including Bristol Beacon, The Exchange, The Prospect Building, The Marble Factory, O2 Academy, Llloyds ampitheatre on the floating harbour and many more. Great galleries and museums - the Arnolfini is always worth a visit. History - Brunel's Clifton Suspension Bridge; Brunel's SS Great Britain and the replica of the Matthew & Bristol Blue glasswork sat the folding harbour; National trust properties including Tyntesfield House. St Nicholas's Market has numerous individual businesses and sole traders, Gloucester Road is a treasure trove of pubs, restaurants and brilliant shops of every kind.

    A vibrant city which is lively and full of interesting places and events. Easy city to navigate on foot so we parked the car in the multi-storey car park next to the hotel. Super convenient and very well managed. The hotel had a river side restaurant which was perfect for a pre show meal and a bar for a coffee later.
