The location is amazing, the hotel very nice and clean, and the staff were amazing. We only stayed one night (and were given a very unexpected and much appreciated upgrade to a suite), but enjoyed the spa and the breakfast and would more than happily stay here again. Also, the hotel was excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the Mayfair area (nearly 1/3 of the price) and I don't know what the other hotels could provide extra that would justify the higher price.

The location is absolutely fantastic. 20 minutes walking distance from Big Ben, nearby restaurants, cinemas, clubs, bars, fast food locations and stores. Room was pretty small but with a perfect view to the city. Breakfast could be better. There were NO eggs, sausages, or varieties of yogurts. Warm sandwiches were delicious though.

London is a wonderful vibrant city.

London is a wonderful vibrant city. There is so much to see and so much to do; so I recommend doing your homework so you know what you really want to see. Buckingham Palace is typically open to visitors in August and September. Houses of Parliament are open for a few short weeks as well. Don't miss Borough Market, but remember it's closed on Monday's. Don't miss the George across the street that's been open before the U.S. was born. Speakers corner and Hyde Park are a delight and weekends will find artists displaying their craft on the fence along the north side of the park. Some of the best parts are the places you'll find on the way to the big name locations. Keep your eyes open for all that is wonderful about the Big Smoke.

The hotel was good with nice touch’s such as coffee on demand and nice room. The major downside is despite paying in advance via booking .com the reception took a swipe of card and charged again so have paid twice for same room I had queried this with reception who assured me it would not be charged but was and to date have seen no refund for second charge

I found barking very convenient for traveling into London.the station is right on the high street and it's a short journey into the city.the prices in barking are a lot cheaper than London too and there's plenty of shops and cafes in barking to keep you entertained. All in all I would recommend staying in barking especially if your on a budget.the dreams hotel is cheap and good.
