The breakfast had a good range of items, hot and cold. The staff were helpful, friendly and quick to clear up where needed. Perfect place to stay when on an early flight. Warm welcome and really helpful staff. Evening meal was lovely and hot. We were up super early and there was already a continental option breakfast waiting to help yourself. Hot and cold drinks and everything was fresh. I missed my flight from Heathrow informed them that I am not coming today but will be there tomorrow morning. When we get there receptionist was busy on the phone and she knows we are standing there. She was on mobile not the hotel phone. Then one of the staff was watching also this and she came to the desk and tell her that customers are waiting Rather Appologising or saying hello She just asked what is the guest name Which I tell her she took the payment and gave is keys. When we went in room there was no milk and water which is complementary. Rang at reception no one turns up. Later we left as visiting family friends and came late night. Next day morning I rang and they provide us just milk but no water.
