Cozy, little room with super modern furniture and a fresh new feel about it. Felt right at home. Very comfortable bed and luxurious bath supplies. Loved the freshly baked cookies as a welcome gift. Great location for exploring the surrounding highlands and to go off hiking. All in all a very nice stay. Will definitely recommend and return. We were sad to leave.

We had a perfect stay. The room was very nice: spacious and beautifully decorated. Big enough, very clean and the shower was really good. Everything worked perfectly. They do serve the best breakfast here! We have eaten the best porridge ever with really nice fruit. Very good for cyclists doing the LEJoG trial or any other trial. The coffee was also perfect and the owners are really helpful and they communicate so well.

I've been to Inverness before and always enjoyed the atmosphere in this city. If you want to experience more of the Highlands, book your tours ahead of time. Whatever tour you book, it's always worth it. The scenery is extraordinary and listen to the locals: their accent gives you a very special feeling during your stay. That is priceless.

I love this neck of the woods. Plenty to do if you are an outdoors person or just want a break from busy places. It is a nice laid back location where there is a lot less hassle. Lots of nice food places - either restaurants or take-aways and plenty of shops where you could buy your own food if you don't want to go out. Highly recommended. If the weather is not so good there are plenty of lovely places you can drive to within 45 minutes.

Really liked Portree and the people in the shops/pubs in general were great fun. Just did the shops and the ‘lump’ on our full day there and we were incredibly lucky with the weather. The helpful tourist information lady also provided us with details of a short local bus ride of the top of the island if the weather hadn’t been as good.

The host and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Loved the decor. Breakfast was delicious, you had the option of cooked or continental - or both if you wanted. A quick walk to the town and we were in a stunning coastal village with cafes and shops. Would definately recommend this wee gem.

Lovely little shops to walk in and out of. You get to watch the loch in action with the four levels the boats have to go through to get to the next section. This is very interesting and a good place to watch this. There are many walks you can do along the Loch which are very picturesque.
