Andrew and the staff were just great! They were all very personable, and Andrew went out of his way to get us to a wedding when the cab didn't show, plus another lift as well. The food was excellent, and we loved our room, clean, comfortable, and quiet!

The room was just so cute and cozy 😍 you don't want to leave it! Also the pub-restaurant of the place is amazing with a cozy vibe. Food was excellent and there was also a big variety of spirits!

Location is great. We had a very nice room with view on the lake. We enjoyed the High Tea Experience in the afternoon of our arrival with many delicious spicy and sweet bites. Loma restaurant for dinner was amazing. We had the summer tasting menu and the vegetable tasting menu. The vegetarian version was very sophisticated and a pleasure to eat (not an alibi menu as it can be found in many places). The service was very attentive. We played a round of golf (which is a bit away from the hotel along the road). Carrick Golf course is an interesting one, with some challenges and beautiful views.

Fabulous location, the hotel is amazing in every aspect, beautiful views from bedroom window, lovely, spacious room with seating area and large bathroom. Bathrobes supplied and generous tea/coffee facilities, replenished daily. Staff were lovely, food was very good and the ambience of the hotel was just amazing. The village of Luss is about 10mins walking distance and that is just beautiful with a pier where you can access short boat trips. We opted for a 2hour Loch Lomond trip from another location but only 12 mins drive. After our 3 day trip we were totally relaxed and recharged, we definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to this lovely hotel and location.

The room was spacious, with lovely decor. It had an amazing view out of the patio doors onto Lochlomond. It was spotless, and even though we only stayed 2 nights, it was cleaned and beds changed inbetween. It was good having a coffee maker and robes. It's ideally situated to visit different places nearby, to eat out.
