- From $79.49 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 10,706 reviewsMagnificent building. We had one of the cheaper rooms on the third floor and it was great. Recently renovated, very comfort and beautifully warm. The en-suite had a huge bath (and shower) with endless hot water. The building is just beautiful with lots of space to relax in the lounges. It is located right in town so you park your car and walk everywhere. Great valueGuest review byMartynAustralia

I only came to see my friend who started to study at the University. But it was really nice surprise how the city was nice. People are very friendly. I love the old buildings, old church, and the new architecture, all nicely mixed and nicely done. I also love the tram. I felt the city was really safe. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs. I also found very reasonable guesthouse with the parking. This guesthouse made me to stay longer in the city. the size of the city is just right. Not too big. Not too small. I am looking forward to going back next month to explore more.Guest review byMidJapan - 10.0

There are so many pubs, bars and restaurants in Chesterfield! Lots of choice which is great. There are also good shops in town and in the out of town centres. You are only 15 minutes drive away from the countryside as you head out of Chesterfield towards Matlock and Bakewell. Chatsworth House is a short drive away.Guest review byAliH68United Kingdom - 10.0

The Castle is in the centre of Bakewell so very convenient for exploring locally. Chatsworth House is only a few miles away and a great day out. As evening meals are served in the pub, guests can choose to eat in the welcoming atmosphere, but eating fish and chips on a seat by the river is just as romantic!Guest review byBarbaraUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Small town, as a good base-location to walks to Mam tor (and back), the various Caverns (ticketed entry mostly), and the Cave Dale - a beautiful picturesque rocky trek with extremely steep slopes either side. Nearest train-station is at Hope which is a little over a mile's walk. Views of Mam Tor and sorrounding cliffs are amzingly breathtaking from this town.Guest review byKunalUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Stockport´s location in a ravine with a Victorian viaduct towering overhead makes for a very unusual and intriguing town. Also most interesting are the timber frame houses one finds from Tudor times. Lots of pubs and not generic ones either.Guest review byDominic - 10.0
