- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 774 reviewsBooked to see concert at Open Air Theatre and to spend weekend at Scarborough. Venue was just a minute walk away from The Sands. Accommodation was on the beach so we just walked on to beach for a swim from the Apartment block. 5+ star quality. High tech security. Welcome Hamper awaited us with milk, tea and biscuits, packet of crisps, mini bottle of wine, beer and even sparkling water. Staff were really caring and friendly. I had a fall while walking, so they even provided me with bandage dressing and plasters. Apartment had all mod cons you can think of. Very tastefully furnished. Even Netflix on HD TV. Everything was perfect!Guest review bygerryUnited Kingdom
- From US$304.67 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 7,437 reviewsThe service from the staff was excellent - we were staying with our 6 month old baby and my elderly father and they did their utmost to make our stay as comfortable as possible, despite our various requirements (washing baby bottles daily, having to bring some breakfast for my dad at York Hospital). We had dinner twice at The Rise and although the first time we enjoyed an average meal, the second time, where we were a group of 13 for my graduation dinner, was fantastic.Guest review byKarineSeychelles
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,666 reviewsEverything was beautiful. The house was so beautiful. Immaculate. Location lovely facilities nice. Washing machine, at the property and and a dish washer was a luxury to say the least when having 7 for family dinner. It is beautiful for all ages, the swimming pool , sauna and steam room are lovely. The little arcade and shop, with an onsite pharmacy is so convenient. Takeaway wine is very pricey from the bar but they do a mean long island cocktail. XGuest review byJayUnited Kingdom

Leeds is a city full of culture historic buildings and places and university. The areas near the river are getting more regeneration to make it attractive to locals and tourists. It’s buzzing with young people and night life. There’s a range of galleries and museums ,the library is a must visit . The variety of Restaurants and cafes offer satisfaction to all tastes and ages. I was pleasantly impressed with what Leeds has to offer. And the future is bright for this lovely city.Guest review bySamiaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Loved the town, daughter has her heart set on Hallam uni now. Keep an eye on which way you walk in and out of the city from the hotel as there were dodgy areas, like any city. Loved the fact that the centre is almost all pedestrianised. Had a fab meal in Bella Italia.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Scarborough has something of a faded appearance and reputation, having had its heyday in the early twentieth century. But, despite that, it still has a lot to offer, especially the wonderful new floor mosaic on Marine Drive, created this year by Coralie Turpin and Jeremy Deller - not to be missed! Lots of excellent hotels, offering great value, with entertainment throughout the year. I hope to go back, when there isn't a named storm brewing!Guest review byTudorUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Huddersfield doesn't have the best of reputations, which is a pity. I think that it's an absolute gem. The buildings are gorgeous, particularly to one who looks, such detail and reference to the industrial past. From the entrance steps to the railway station, one can see a lion and a prime minister. If you roam and keep your eyes open, there is so much more. I ate at my hotel. i travelled by car,Guest review byRichardUnited Kingdom
