The staff were very helpful, available and kind. Our room was perfect for us, as it had two areas with a door in between them, so we could leave our child to sleep in the other room and continue our evening in our room. We ordered a bottle of wine in our room and it came with a big platter of cheeses, cold cuts and dried fruit. The bed was very comfortable.

For us everything was great. We fond a free parking place in front if the hotel, we had sea view from the balcony (half of sea view :))....but great). The woman who well come us does't speek english but is very smart and gived us the telefon number of somebady who speeks english for some information we needed. So communication was very good. The place has a very good vibe! Thanks the host! (We didn't met him :))) )

Very friendly owners. The accommodation is only 2,5 years old and the apartment has beautiful views. The balcony is very relaxing. Facilities like a washing machine are there and restaurants are at walking distance from the accommodation. The owner lived fro 16 years in Rotterdam so we could speak Dutch with him, what was funny and we didn't expect. Can recommend this accommodation and have breakfast at Ammos.

    We are really satisfied with our stay in this charming hotel. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beauty of Greece. It is located on a little hill witch provides a great view of the sea. But even if you room is on the ground floor that is not a problem since it is right in front of the pool. However a bit small, the pool is almost always empty which means that you can have it all for yourself most of the times! There is a supermarket, a restaurant and a really cute beach right in front of the hotel. The walk to the main street of Ouranoupolis is also not too long. The staff is friendly, the room is well equipped, it has clean sheets that are changed every day. Overall everything was great!

    Lovely and helpful staff, wonderful view from the bar terrace (serving cold coffee, water, and beer all day and cocktails from 6 pm), close to the sea with crystal-clear waters, a minimarket, and a bakery nearby. A 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area with lots of restaurants, shops and the port. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have super comfortable beds. Towels and bed sheets are changed regularly, and complimentary water is provided when ordering drinks. Everything is spotless and very peaceful.

    The hotel was very clean and it deserves to be a 4 star hotel. The staff were amazing, very helpful. Our fridge was not working and they repaired it immediately, even offering us ice for our drinks. The breakfast was very good, it had a variety of food, drinks and desserts.

    Ouranopoli is small and nice place. A person could find quiet and cozy places or to be at the heart of the city where are located all the restaurants and bars. Beaches are very nice. The water is crystal clear and most of the beaches are with sand. There are lots of entertainments - boat rentals, diving, etc.

    A very boring island, with no real content.

    A very boring island, with no real content. There are just a few shops and a couple of cafés, all located right where you get off the ferry. The roads for cars are partly bad, with a lot of uninhabited space. On the island, there is nothing except beaches, water, and wilderness. The most famous beach bar, which is supposed to be arranged, actually is just an improvised café. The only good thing is that there are no waves or wind, since it’s surrounded by land, meaning it’s not the open sea. You can spend a maximum of 3 days on this island, just to see all the beaches and move on. In my opinion, there’s too much artificial advertising, and there are many more beautiful places. The price-to-quality ratio is not realistic at all.

    There are two small beaches in Pyrgadikia, one with sand and one with pebbles. Even in high-season they were very calm with few people. In 5-7 km distance there are two huge sand (with very small pebbles) beaches – Irini and Salonikiou. There is only one supermarket (small one) in Pyrgadikia, but it is well-stocked. There are about 10 restaurants. I recommend Markezinis – fresh fish and friendly hosts.

    Beautiful Central Square in a beautiful village with a huge plane-tree having magic water sprung from its body (literally - See pictures). Arnaia Central Square has everything a tourist is dreaming on: Greek atmosphere, Greek old houses, stone pavement, a plane-tree, a spring with cold water, tavernas with gyros and souvlaki, Greek cofee, ouzo and, of course, a lot of Greek people. Plus natural honey and bee products shops and a traditional butcher - a bonus for the profesional traveler.

    Stratoni is industrial town not very used to tourism, however due to long history and cosmopolitan nature, all people are very nice and helpful. If you need full service beaches with crowds and night life don't go there try Stavros up to Orfanion side. If you search for calm place with empty beach and few places to visit during the evenings, we could only recommend it.

    The apartment was beautiful, well laid out and perfectly presented - the perfect place to stay in Ouranoupoli for a boat trip to Mount Athos and visit the surrounding area. Ioannis was super helpful with information and helping me with a minor car issue. Can’t recommend this place enough - was only here two nights but wish I’d stayed a bit longer. Definitely a 10/10 apartment and overall experience.
