nice hotel with a nice view. the room is nice and bed confortable. for breakfast you have good local products. the owner is a very nice person and she does everything to make you to feel nice and to have nice holidays. So I'm pretty smart: I booked for the Friday without noticing, then turned up on Saturday expecting a room. After the cool dude at the desk pointed out my error, he said "Hey, don't worry, we'll sort it", and then promptly booked me into a new room at no additional charge. Amazing. The hotel itself is quite spectacular, hanging off the side of a cliff with a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. It's quiet, the bed was superb and the water pressure in the shower could strip paint off wood. "Sounds fine, yeah, but why the 10 rating?" Well, let me tell you this: I was sitting in the hotel bar, minding my own business with a cup of coffee as I did some work, when a manager came over bearing a steaming plate of Portokalopita (orange cake) with ice cream. "They just made it in the kitchen," she said, depositing the plate and moseying away. Cake on the house = the best house. Then, at breakfast, I was tucking into my little continental platter, when my partner came over carrying a bowl of loukomades (tiny fried donuts). "A staff member told me they were fresh out of the fryer and I should have some immediately," she said with a look of confused wonder on her face. Isn't this how the world should be? Little random acts of kindness and accommodation when other people mess up? Wouldn't it be nice? Isn't it a more attractive alternative to the present-day dystopia we insist on investing in? You can bet your last loukomades I'll be coming here again.

    We had eleven nights at Nefeli Studios and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, very clean with a comfortable bed, lovely view and a very well equipped kitchen. Amazing value for money. The studios are located a short distance from the town in a quiet location with the sea just across the road. The wifi is strong and even worked on the beach. The owners Eleni and Ioannis are lovely people and they made us very welcome. We will definitely be back.

    This hotel is made up of wonderful people, it is a family hotel with a wonderful atmosphere from morning to night. I was there with family and friends for a short break and to watch the Rally of Greece 2024. The first visit there and immediately felt as if we had been there several times and known each other for years. Thank you, Big boss!

    The room was large, spacious and comfortable. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly, Breakfast was great. It is a very pleasant property in a convenient location for stopping off when driving between Athens and Northern Greece -- about an hour from Delphi. We only stopped overnight, but I wouldn't have minded staying longer

    The ancient city is very interesting on its own but combined...

    The ancient city is very interesting on its own but combined with the dramatic landscape of steep mountains and views, it is wonderful!! There are a lot of stairs. The museum was definitely worth visiting. It got busy with tour groups so I suspect early or late in the day would be best. We ate in two of the Tavernas with views. Both good.

    The town has two coves used as harbours.

    The town has two coves used as harbours. The yacht marina has many restaurants and pubs. There are several expensive hotels in the town and a few less expensive ones, as well as shops and a pharmacy. It is a charming, small town with many streets for walking by the sea. An Orthodox church stands tall above the town. which itself has a very long history, dating back to the 8th century BC. I was there in mid-September - no crowds, very pleasant stay.

    It is an excellent place to stay when you want to visit...

    It is an excellent place to stay when you want to visit Delphi, but Itea itself has several restaurants and no shopping district or center for water sports. After you eat, you have pretty much seen Itea.

    Nice little village neat Parnassos.

    Nice little village neat Parnassos. It feels like the local businesses are never ready to accommodate visitors in high demand period (Long weekends/ Holidays). However the scenery is really nice and you can surely enjoy your stay if you are looking for peaceful vacation in the mountains.

    Simple sea front town with coffee shops restaurants, mini markets , a kiosk along the beach, no major hotels in town, a super market and a pharmacy and few other stores. A good place for quiet inexpensive holidays.Katina's Tavern was a good place to each , Great pizza but also very good fresh sea food.

    This place is absolutely charming.

    This place is absolutely charming. There are a number of small beaches right across from the village, many with a shower, changing cabin and umbrella. The harbor can't accommodate large boats so it's very serene with lovely views and a quaint town. I would like to come back here and stay for a week just to relax.

    We used Itea as a base to travel to Galaxidi, Delphi, and Arcahova. It’s an attractive little place with sea front cafes/food/bars. They are just lively enough for you to still enjoy the tranquillity of being near sea and mountains. The locals are lovely people and welcome you.

    Great little village with fantastic taverns and friendly atmosphere. Very peaceful place. We have eaten in Stamatis Tavern and we were extremely impressed! I would definately recommend this place as Arachova gets very busy and packed with people.

    Most persons come to Delphi for the day from Athens. We stayed over night. The town is small and the restaurant we found was a mom & pop place which added some charm, but after visiting the archaeological site and museum, we could have easily driven to Athens and stayed there, so it depends on one's itinerary as to the need to stay in Delphi overnight.
