Amazing experience! The view from the balcony was mesmerising, the apartment was very clean and the hosts felt like our greek grandparents, very kind and friendly. The breakfast was rich and even when we left very early in the morning, Mr Tasos prepared a takeaway and we appreciated this gesture so much. I would definitely come back!

The hosts were responsive and very helpful.
The hosts were responsive and very helpful. The information they provided about the accommodations and best travel options were timely and excellent.
The apartment was equipped with the amenities as described. The patio had outdoor seating which was perfect for dining outdoors.
Because it was off-season, I practically had the beach to myself.
I recommend getting a car or at least investigating transportation options before arriving on Salamina. I had difficulty finding the bus stop.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική — ακριβώς δίπλα σε μια καθαρή παραλία με κρυστάλλινα νερά. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπήρχαν μπαρ, εστιατόρια, καφετέριες και σούπερ μάρκετ, οπότε όλα ήταν εύκολα προσβάσιμα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και άνετο και το μπαλκόνι είχε υπέροχη θέα.

Selinia is a lovely place.
Selinia is a lovely place. You will enjoy amazing sunrises and stunning moonlit nights. Lots of nightlife, including traditional taverns, souvlaki restaurants, fish taverns, and a rock bar. There is a grocery store almost always open, some bakeries with delicious pastries, a pharmacy, and a convenience store. You'll miss nothing!

A Greek Island almost entirely for Greeks. Most people seem to speak some English, specially in any hospitality places. Not touristy, not glitzy or fashionable - all positive attributes. Island large enough to explore over a week or more. Easy and cheap access from mainland by 2 ferry ports.

Best part of the island, in my opinion, with some of the best beaches! Only part of the island not visited was the south and south east corner, so I'm unable to speak for those areas, but Aiandion is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the island capital, but close enough to reach really quickly, if required.

Its an island next to Athens with some good beaches , good food, and not many tourists. Its a good choice to spend some days relaxing away from the noice of a big city or a very touristic island At the same time its realyl easy to visit Athens if you want to check museums, the Parthenon or any other place there

Calm are of Salamina island.
Calm are of Salamina island. There are not much cultural our tourist stuffs so do not expect much about that. However if you are looking for calm and silent area without crowds of people, this might work for you. The public transport is bit poor (obviously). You can find there very good restaurant bar called ΠΑΛΙΡΡΟΙΑ ΚΑΦΕ - ΜΠΑΡ with small beach.
If you like walks there nice path along the sea.
