The hotel is really luxury. The breakfast was very rich and healthy. Whole hotel is very clean. The location was good for us because we prefer to wandering around by foot. It's close to hero's square, Terror musem and New York cafe as well as Sculpture of the boys of the Paul Street. Byw our return ticket from Kelenfold station. It looks far away from the hotel but M4 underground made it easy way. Through Keleti palyaudvar, you would reach directly to Kelenfold even only one transportation.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff of all shifts, day and night. And of course not to forget Andrew who has been very helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to assist with any request or inquiry, and his local knowledge and recommendations greatly enhanced my visit. The exceptional level of service at the hotel truly stood out. As well as the hotel's commitment to cleanliness, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. I do recommend Hotel Foldana to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Budapest. Whether you're a tourist exploring the city or a business traveler, as it offers an excellent blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I can say that my stay was memorable!

    I liked that it is close to the city centre. The Buda Castle is very close, and the walk up to the castle is convenient if you like walking by foot. They didn t have slippers but I asked for some and I recievd brand new ones. The bed was confortable and the pillows very soft. If you like more stiff pillows, I advise you give a message prior to arriving.

    Interesting buildings and architecture. Mostly very old and heritage. I stayed in a really switched on part, in the entertainment district. There were people out every night enjoying the weather , restaurants and bars. Really nice vibe. People were friendly and helpful. Most of the under 30s spoke very good English and were always happy to assist

    Beautiful buildings all within walking distance. Lovely vibe along by the river with markets at night and public dancing in the square. Very safe city. The thermal baths are amazing and a must do. Public transport is very good and really easy to get around. Free for over 65s.The churches are all magnificent, one nicer than the next. Great choice of food in the restaurants. Hungarian food is very tasty. Lots of history to the city and loads of walking tours available
