Nothing was too much for them, breakfast was lovely, room service for dinner was very yummy!
Room was modern and comfortable, bathroom was very spacious and clean.
We used the spa facilities too and got a great offer for a full body massage and head massage which was amazing!!
The pool facilities and sun beds were very comfortable and always plenty of space!
The location is good, if you are up for walking it’s around a 30 minute walk to the centre of Ubud. It was very warm but we enjoyed stretching our legs.
The hotel were able to help us book taxis to get to all of the sites and were on hand whilst we were out and about if we needed help to get back.
Couldn’t recommend them enough! We hope to come back soon!

Padma Resort Ubud is, simply put, the best resort I have ever been to.
The hotel grounds are huge and located in a lush jungle river valley. Common areas include (among others) an amazing pool with a sunken pool bar, a bamboo nest used for yoga classes and private dinners, a well-equipped gym, two very nice restaurants, a cocktail lounge bar, an incredibly atmospheric spa, a very nicely arranged garden with an animal farm, archery and golfing facitilies and a trully unique track going around the hotel and into the jungle itself. All of these places have been designed very carefully to provide both aesthetic appeal and functionality. Views are breathtaking wherever you go.
The array of activities provided is simply impressive. The hotel has something for everyone. The rooms are very elegant, spacious and comfy. The cleanliness was impeccable. The food everywhere in the hotel was really good. The cocktails were masterfully crafted and the wine list was good as well.
All these however, were relatively insignificant compared to the true highlight, which was the amazing staff. All of the people we met there were beyond kind, extremely helpful, always with a smile, they went the extra mile to provide us with the best experience possible and their demeanour was what made our day, every day.
We would like to thank them all for these days. We were genuinely sad to leave and we hope to return some day, even though we live half the world away.
To sum up, if you are looking for the perfect place to relax in the beautiful island of Bali, and you have a little extra holiday money to spare, look no further. Padma Ubud will probably be the best place you have ever been.

A fabulous property, very well maintained, which is truly impressive given the size of it. Their "Ubud escape" motto could not be more accurate, as it is a beautiful gem in the middle of the jungle, far from the busy town. I booked a Premier Pool Villa, but got upgraded to the Royal Villa. It was an absolute surprise! It's an extra spacious property with every facility you could wish for (they even have a mini kitchen in the pool area with a beverage stocked fridge) and if we hadn't booked any activities in advance, I think I would have spent 3 whole days by it's pool, just enjoying the greenery, the sound of the river nearby, the privacy & comfort that it offers.
I loved the entrance to the rooms, the wooden door with offerings is a nice touch as it really transmits that Balinese feeling.
Also, in short:
- food is really good, many options, large portions. We also joined their BBQ dinner one night, which was very nice.
- they offer shuttle services to and from Ubud town
- they provide a whatsapp number for communication & infos, which is very helpful
- SPA service is amazing, worth booking a massage
- staff is friendly and happy to help anytime. We arrived very late for our check-in and they were so considerate and prepared some sandwiches for us to enjoy. It meant the world!
I may be forced to come back again :)

First of all, from the moment you enter the door, everyone is very friendly and polite. The rooms and everywhere in the hotel are very clean. More beautiful than what we see in the photos. Although you are in the forest, we never saw any insects and flies. The staff's attention and service is very high. We came for our honeymoon and were very pleased. Ubud is very close to the center, there are many cafes, restaurants and markets that continue walking.

Amazing from start to finish. The villas is spacious and clean. The view from our villa was so beautiful and the bathroom bathtub is relaxing. Our infinite pool was in perfect temperature and had the most amazing view. The pool was very clean compared to other Bali villa pools. The staff is very service-mined and is at your service 24:7.
The breakfast and dinner was great and the food is the best you can find in Bali.

I used ubud as my base and travelled to various attractions and locations from this place I was able to visit a lot of places by hiring a car and driver for ia number of day using there local knowledge
I eat at local restaurants meeting the local people 8nst3ad of using the usual tourist set ups

Near to Ubud and yet completely out of the city hustle. Stay inside Lots of nature, rain forests and rice fields and see the local countryside with daily ceremonies around the temples and witness bali life.

We attended a wedding at a large resort near by. We were able to walk between the two along the beach or on a path, making it the perfect place to enjoy the wedding and be with friends and have our own quiet villa to enjoy!

It is remote location with not much accessibility to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Recommended for people who prefer calm and quiet area and has vehicle for commutation. No spas available nearby, need to go to Ubud center.

The food at the restaurant was always very good and done as per request. The landscaping at the resort was exceptional and was a pleasure to move around the resort or just sit and admire. The spa treatment was also good

It's a lovely area much quieter than Ubud but still lots of cafes etc. The Instagrammers taking selfies is a bit over the top...but they're everywhere. Great views of the rice terraces and beautiful waterfalls and temples in the area.

The beautiful areas of Sukawati require a car/driver. We went to the art market which was nice, but you could get this art anywhere in Bali for the same price. I hadn't been before and wouldn't stay here again, it's a bit 'commercial' and not tailored to tourists. The villas we stayed in were beautiful, quiet and off the main street, but there was nothing to do (other than get a driver).

Beautiful sea view, near to sanur, denpasar, and ubud, but beach has plastic and wooden trash. During rainy season, moths come out every where outside and inside villa. Kitchen is separate from the villa, overall, villa needs upgrade.

From the moment I arrived l felt very welcomed by the owners & staff who made me feel like part of the family knowing l was travelling alone. My villa had a private garden & verandah with my own pond with fish & a waterfall. Such a peaceful & beautifully spacious room serviced daily. The organic food & drinks were delicious & the house frozen margarita became a daily treat for me. Prices were so inexpensive so l could indulge. The staff are always smiling & laughing as this boutique resort is a place they love to be also . The views are breathtaking & the peace it brought me filled my heart with such joy. I highly recommend this to any traveller .

I've visited ubud few years ago and it was a different...
I've visited ubud few years ago and it was a different experience. This time Ubud felt like a building site, the walk up to the rice fields was crowded with mopeds transporting building materials, overloaded with bricks, cement and 4 meter metal strips! they drive within inches of walkers on the path which took the joy of walking. Traffic was also very busy to get anywhere. I think we'll choose a different destination for future jungle and rice paddy experience
