this is an Uber cool stylist boutique type hotel! very modern decor and design with an city center pedestrianised street. very chic and on trend. the staff were lovely, authentic and really helpful. 5 stars all the way

The staff was amazing. The weather was cold and rainy, so we ate in premises for lunch and dinner, and these were two of our favorite dining meals of the entire trip! Limerick was not a planned stop. All staff were wonderful , a special thank you to Shamus!

The room was very comfortable and had a kettle and an iron. The breakfast was wonderful with a cold selection and hot cooked breakfast to order. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing and extremely helpful.

On check in, the receptionist realised our room was over the ballroom where there was a wedding that night. As we have young children, she found us another room in one of the suites. We were delighted with the bigger room and the quiet nights sleep!
