The Staff went out of their way to check that we had transportation to where we were going and to give good and friendly advice about traveling in the town. There was an excellent New Years party, and the hospitality at all times in the restaurant was wonderful! We had a minor issue with the toilet flush, which was fixed immediately. Housekeeping did a lovely job every day to clean the room. Very attentive service. The room was spacious, and we were also very happy with the closet and storage in the room. There was also a safe. We felt safe and secure in the hotel. The hotel is a little bit away from the loud town center--which is a very good thing. It only costs USD$3 to go to town in taxi or tuktuk with multiple passengers. The Management do their utmost to provide a first class experience. We felt welcome at the hotel and found the food and beverages in the hotel to be delicious, clean, nutritious, and with very good variety. We felt peaceful at the hotel, and we also enjoyed use of the swimming pool. The grounds of the hotel are very nice, and the hotel has an excellent presentation. Its a city I have been frequenting since 2021 quite regularly. The more I am visiting this city, the more I am finding aspects of this city to love. Though I was bogged down by the traffic snarl at every corner, the zig-zag lanes & un-planned construction but the liveliness of the city makes you a fan of itself. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The property is spotlessly clean, and the staff are exceptionally humble and polite, making the stay feel very welcoming. A special mention to the chef, who kindly accommodated my request to prepare meals without onion and garlic—a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. The restaurant is lovely, with a pleasant ambiance and quality food. One thing to note: if you're using navigation apps like Waze, make sure to take the main road, as the app may direct you through inner village routes which can be confusing. It's best to ask for directions step-by-step, as the online location may not be accurate. The hotel is built with correct Feng Shui principles, which is clearly felt—it's calming, peaceful, and I had a genuinely restful sleep. Most of the people at hotels runs or gangs of goonda/mafia type people. Most of the facilities and amenities shown on booking websites/apps will be for making customers fool. You will be paying hefty amount for nothing. On raising concern you can feel like being threaten, abused, even robbed on staying. They do not bother about ratings and all. It was worst place to stay and they befool the people by posting good photo of the hotel facilities on the site. The city is centre place of Buddhism. There are many temples of Buddha - some from indian Buddhist organisations and some from international organisations. The main temple where Budhha was enlightened has a huge complex and many spots of ancient Buddhist history. Filthy city . For a capital city this size, the roads are terrible.. Traffic is terrible. We visited the Patna Sahib Gurudwara which probably is the only clean place in the city Layers of dust everywhere. People spit all over the place.
