The hospitality is second to non. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The room is extremely clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The place is so peaceful and relaxing and the view from the terrace is lovely. The tour with guide Daniel was really amazing. I learnt so much about the forest. He can really help you understand how nature works in this area. So much more than spotting animals. Manu helped me organize so many things to make our trip work out well. If you watch the film Elephant Whisperer you will see what this area is all about. Despite not having a car to get there or away we still had a great time with help and introductions from Manu. Thank you and all the staff at Labdhi for a wonderful few days.

The best place to stay in Masinagudi. Loved the location and the ambience of the place. It is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by Nilgiri hills on one side and the Masinagudi forest. The staff and the caretaker were very good, very friendly and they took care of us very well.

If you know what to do then this place is APT for experiencing the Wilderness at its best Rooms: Couple friendly.. view from the balcony is great Nearby activities: Wildlife safari points are less than 20 mins away .. Drive to Ooty town is only 1 hour and Gudalur is 45 mins Safety: The entire property is fenced and rock-walled.. however, advice is to stay inside the campus post-dark.
