FranceWe recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming accommodation as a family, and we must say, it was an absolute delight! Nestled in a beautiful setting surrounded by stunning lupin flowers, the place exudes a sense of tranquility and natural beauty.
The interior is cozy and thoughtfully decorated with excellent taste, making it feel like a home away from home. Every detail has been carefully considered, and the complimentary items provided were a lovely touch. The bedding was very comfortable, ensuring we all had a good night's sleep.
One of the standout features of this accommodation is the fantastic communication from the hosts. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless and convenient, allowing for a stress-free experience for the whole family.
The hot tub, ready to enjoy upon arrival, was the cherry on top of an already wonderful stay. It provided the perfect way for us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.
While the bathroom is on the smaller side, it in no way detracts from the overall experience. The rest of the accommodation more than makes up for it with its spaciousness and comfort.
In summary, this place is a hidden gem that deserves high praise. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautifully appointed retreat.

Neighborhood is out of the way but has great views and animals and is near the road to Costco. we spent 2 weeks driving the entire island and enjoyed it. This is one of ,,those,, accommodations where you want to spend the night after a week full of traveling. It is clear that the owner has a sense of detail and quality. You can feel the quality on the materials and furnishings, the equipment of the entire apartment and the services that are here. Everything is still new, clean. Situated in a quiet location. We slept very well! Parking in front of the entrance, Accessibility anywhere is perfect. Since it is new here, the accommodation does not have any review and even though I usually do not write reviews, I think this one deserves one. Lovely little fishing village.
Lovely little fishing village. There is a couple supermarkets and some restaurants. There is a main bus stop 2 mins from the Viking Hotel which was so handy and the stop for the Flybus coach to the airport (approx £23 pp one way) was opposite the hotel which was super handy and you get a beautiful view of the harbour whilst you wait. We got off 2 stops early from Reykjavík one day and walked back to explore and there were some lovely sights on the way. It’s a really nice place that’s neat and tidy.
