AustraliaThe cabin was a cosy comfortable place to lay our weary heads. They do not serve evening meals there so had to travel into the town for food. Breakfast was varied and plenty. The young Greek lady at reception was very helpful and welcoming.

IndiaHighly recommend!! We got to see our first show of northern lights here!!! You need not go anywhere to see them. You can enjoy it from the comfort of your room. The rooms and property are great- clean. Breakfast was great and with a view! The hotel is located at a distance of 10-12mins from Hofn town (by car). Great location for viewing auroras.

Room, bathroom and showers very clean and bed super comfortable. Really close to Höfn and Vestrahorn, really quiet place to get a good rest. Recommended for sure.

We loved how cozy this house was. We were able to cook and enjoy the beautiful views from every side of this house. It was close to glacier lagoon and a couple of nice restaurants. The guesthouse gave a accurate description of the area so we knew what services were there and not there and could plan ahead. We loved walking around and the sights and hikes that were nearby. It was so easy to get to the Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach, and we could go back to see them at night too. Room okay for one night but unfortunately a little overpriced. The buffet style breakfast is very basic and offers little to none options for dietary needs. We enjoyed the cabin we stayed in. The bedding was very nice and the kitchen perfectly stocked with dishes. The playground was fun. The office sells some camping supplies. Absolutely loved the variety of fresh, farm to table offerings, and homemade breads at breakfast. Dinner menu was extensive, meals were delicious. Enjoyed seeing the sea birds, and sheep in the pasture. Views of mountain and bay/ ocean were great. Very close to Glacier Bay and Diamond Beach. Peaceful. Staff were friendly.
