They were able to accomodate an early check in which was most helpful to maximize time on the island. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, the complex had a great vibe. The room was very spacious, comfortable and with all the necessary items. Bathroom was quite large and spacious as well. Very easy to settle into and start vacation. The pool area was fabulous and relaxing. The pool was just the right temperature to cool down from the heat. Easy walk into town day or night, no issues at all. I was so glad I elected to stay close to town vs at the beach as the town really comes alive at night with everyone out for drinks and dinner. The resort was just away enough to not be bothered by any of the noise. Super easy to move about the island from this location as well. Kitchen with all needed kitchen stuff as plates, cutlery, cup, pots, cheese grater (of course 🤭), freezer and fridge. Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower - bit small to assist kids with shower 😬 functional air-condition and total dark in the room if you close windows and shades. We rent bikes, as the apartment help us to manage. They brough them into apartment and take them from there two - also available with kids seats. Apparently, nobody thinks of helmets, so be aware and psychically prepared 😂. Anyway, the apartment was great and big enough to store our stroller inside too. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is huge and clean with hot water, bidet and all necessities. You also have an access to a nice balcony. The kitchen is fully available to your use also with free coffee. The rooms were cleaned everyday including change of towels, toilet paper rolls etc. The location is 5 min walk from the Favignana port, 2 mins away from supermarkets and less than a minute to the main square. Overall surrounded by cafes and restaurants. You can rent a bike in the rentals nearby. To the furthest beach it’s still less than 20 mins on a bike, 1 hour on foot. Picked us up with a great big smile, dropped off some extra lounges for the pool without us asking. Always a text or call away for help with good bike rental prices and the like. Taught us some Italian, which was much needed hahah and dropped us off on time and with the same beautiful smile upon arrival. She was great with our kids too! The accommodation was spacious and very clean, perfectly located in the city center but still away from the noise. They provide bikes for rental and there's a roof terrace for sunbathing and shower (I did not use it) and free washing machine for your laundry (I did not need it). I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this place. It was a very friendly environment, and unlike the main island, there was no trash littering the area.
