SwedenI liked the room, spacious, nice, comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Bed very nice. I got to change the room and got one other room with view over the lake, it was fantastic. I enjoyed there.
Breakfast was good, variable, eggs, different salami and cheese, bread also, really good breakfast.
Wifi was good also.
The pool was small but it was nice to stay there a little and take a bath because it was not possible to take a bath in the lake due bad water. Only on some places around the lake was possible to swim, but anyway one local said to me to not take a bath there, if I want not to be sick. Pity, it would be nice but, the pool was OK.

We had the most wonderful two weeks at La Casa di Campagna, hosted by the warm and welcoming Mara and Massimo at their idyllic Umbrian farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, the staff were always so friendly, smiley, and ready to help, which made us feel immediately at home.
The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the communal lounge area with its handy shared fridge and coffee maker. The property itself is spacious and beautifully kept, with a gorgeous swimming pool, plenty of loungers, and quiet corners throughout the gardens that are perfect for relaxing with a book.
The restaurant was a real highlight – the food is absolutely outstanding, with traditional regional Italian dishes full of flavour, lots of variety, and delicious daily specials. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a plentiful buffet and the option of freshly cooked eggs and bacon.
All in all, La Casa di Campagna is not only a wonderful place to stay, but also perfectly located for exploring Umbria, Lake Trasimeno, and Tuscany. We truly loved every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

I liked the room, spacious, nice, comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Bed very nice. I got to change the room and got one other room with view over the lake, it was fantastic. I enjoyed there.

The welcome from all the staff on arrival was absolutely 100% after a weary journey from Ireland by air and train/taxi… the owner/principal (Bruno) was excellent with plenty of advice and assistance with getting into nearby Passignano sul Trasimeno… we will be forever thankful to Hotel Kursaal for making our stay in Italy very memorable and fulfilling! Everything ! What a lovely little hotel - like going back in time to kind and friendly people in a clean and comfortable space ; location is also amazing ! Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of fresh food and great coffee too ! There is a beautiful , gentle German shepherd here too 🐶

The staff was lovely and so helpful. I needed to work remotely, and they let me stay in the room after checkout and work there calmly until the end of the working day! No one disturbed me, the view on the lake was precious and the WiFi worked well. Thank you!

Everything was exceptional except....we witnessed a manager harassing staf in the dinning room. Our dinning room person Lucian was wonderful...polite, great worker making sure dishes were removed after clients left.

Wonderful location to visit Umbria and Tuscany. The playground and swimming kept our toddler entertained for hours. Apartments are large, and each comes with a outdoor dinning table/area. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the villa for 10 consecutive days on a star trip, the place and location are excellent, parking is close to the farm, the house is large, clean, tidy and spacious, the kitchen is always full of food, pastries and drinks, the owners are charming and take care of us all the time, the view is stunning, highly recommended for travelers in Umbria

Julia, the hostess, was outstandingly helpful and she spoke very good English.
The dinner and breakfast were particularly good. We ate dinner outdoors but in good shade from the evening sun.
There is a large swimming pool which has a superb view.
I highly recommend Romitorio agriturismo.

I went for a concert but added on a couple of days. It is a small but beautiful medieval hilltop town with a calm relaxed atmosphere, great view of Lago Trasimeno and good restaurants (including a Michelin starred) with a range of Italian styles and cost.

This is not a busy tourist town.
This is not a busy tourist town. It is a nice quiet place on a hill looking out over the surrounding countryside and lovely lake.
The main square has a cafe / bar where you can enjoy an expresso and watch the world go by.
Some really good restaurants like the Osteria dell'accademia and Ristorante vecchio mulino. Also for a great breakfast, Sandwich or Pizza try Bar Hannibal. Its a great local bar very friendly and reasonable. Also next to one of the supermarkets so you can stock up and have a relaxing lunch.

San Feliciano is very small as a town but served as a good base to travel out and about from. Other towns further along may cater better for tourists looking for a nightlife beyond just local restaurants. We stayed in a villa that was on the outskirts, so catered for ourselves picking up produce from the local markets and supermarkets. In the main town there were a few restaurants and cafes along the lakes edge and it was a very sleepy tranquil place at the time of year we visited end of August early September. It was great if you want to escape the touristy busyness and absorb the natural beauty of the place. It was very peaceful and calm just what we needed before getting back to busy lives.

Amazing peaceful relaxing place to stay, accommodation is exceptional, breakfast was included which was magnificent, they have a restaurant for dinner! Swimming pool was large with lots of chairs around! Views are incredible! Drove around the lake and stopped at lots of little towns,!

Panicale is a wonderfull old town on top of the hill with townwalls and narrow streets, and beautiful small squares. Good restaurants and even a small theatre and festival in september. Carparking on the streets close to the hotel is possible not for free. From the town panoramic views on Lake Trasimeno!
