I have stayed in many a 5 star hotel but never been made to feel as welcome as at the Sayonara by the staff. They took a genuine interest in what were wanted and gave great advice on what to see in the area. The suite felt brand new and every part of the hotel was immaculately clean. Views over the mountains and the sound of cow bells. Breakfast and dinner were indulgent, providing much more than we needed. The breakfast choice was extensive. The spa and pool overlooking the mountains were a great experience and we had no problems booking massages. Massage rooms were fabulous and treatments much less than we paid elsewhere in the Dolomites. Would be very happy to stay again.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. My husband had to remotely work during our stay there, and the staff was really helpful supporting him with a place to work before the check-in and even helped us providing an early check-in and late check-out. We were in a family group of 5 people, so they provided us two bedrooms close to each other. The hotel has a lot of amenities that we didn't have the time to use, as spa services, a heated pool, a cosy bar for the winter nights. Breakfast was also very good with different options of food, fruits and beverage. The city is small and lovely, so there's no going wrong with the location here. The proximity to the mountains makes stunning views from the balconies! We would definitely stay there again when returning to this area!

The staff at Albergo Vezzana were fabulous. So welcoming, friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The rooms and whole hotel were very clean. We were lucky to have one of the newer rooms which are beautiful with gorgeous modern bathrooms and lovely glass balconies. Our children’s room was older and more tired but still perfectly nice. The ski in and ski out facility and use of the boot room with heated boot warmers was great. The food at breakfast and dinner was fabulous, and our combined restaurant and bar bill felt very reasonable. We cannot thank the hotel enough for a wonderful family holiday.

Castel Madonna is a beautiful structure right in the center of San Martino di Castrozza. Giulia at the reception was so kind and helpfull. We felt very welcome from start to finish of our stay. Correspondence prior to our arrival was fast and punctional as well. Besides an unbeatable location they have a free parking right beside the house. Whatever you need is at 5 min. or less distance walking, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. San Martino di Castrozza is a beautiful town, so relaxed and cosy. One of the reasons we choose Castel Madonna is the fact our dog was welcome there, this is not the case in many properties. The entire Castel was very nicely decorated and very clean. All you need for a great holiday was available in the apartment. If you like skiing, the Tognola cable car is less then 1 km. from the residence. The parking at the cable car is free and we had a 20:% discount on ski hire through Castel Madonna. The 'Skisport' rental at the base of the cable car Tognola also offers equipment storage at the Tognola cable car base, very convenient. All in all we really enjoyed our stay in San Martino and we would visit Castel Madonna gladly again! Highly recommended... Thank you Giulia and Elisabeta for helping us out with the additional bed! Everything was excellent, on the second day of our stay at the hotel, we were offered to replace our room with a higher category room at no extra charge, since it was free, it was very useful for us, since we were vacationing with two children. For the first dinner in the restaurant, the guys gave us a discount, when leaving, the children were presented with a toy. Very good impressions about the rest, good hotel, we will definitely return.
