And gave us a lot of information about how to reach the airport via public transport etc. Especially the one who attended on 21.09.23 night, he was amazing. The rooms were great:
Kitchen:
- good size, small TV with original soundtrack available for many channels
- cooked without problems
- microwave worked OK,
- we did not use toaster
- paper towel on hand
- well-equipped: good equipment (pots, pans, cutlery and cooking utensils) and good supplies (salt, pepper, oil vinegar, sugar)
Bathroom:
- laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash available
- washing machine was great
- bathroom was a good size with a mirror, washing machine and shower
- towels and toilet paper were provided
Bedrooms:
- good bug screens and shutters on all windows in the apartment
- slept really well
- bunk beds had enough space for our teenagers
- 2 large bedrooms with great beds
- large smart TV in master bedroom (original audio available for channels)
Hosts/Location:
- great hosts who live upstairs
- they are helpful and present, did the tour when we arrived
- easy to checkout, just left key on table and messaged them
- just one bus from the train station, doesn't take long from downtown
- easy to find the place from the bus stop, wasn't far to walk
- great sushi place at the bus top
- host was available to talk to, we chatted about the city and what we should see, very helpful
- we included a picture of a piazza in Padova but Venice is not too far away, either, just one train!

We got a very nice upgrade to a big suite. Super quiet hotel for a good night rest.
The location is amazing next to the water and the staff was super super friendly.
Breakfast buffet was not very big but all you need was there and good quality.

This place is good !!! I really like that they have a parking space around ! The guy at the night ship is very kind and easy to talk to ! Breakfast also is good and worth the price ! I recommend this to everyone and they are open 24 hours.

I totally agree with the other reviews. The room was very big (family of 4 + a dog), all was VERY clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location is gorgeous. We’ll definitely come back soon.

Nice modern hotel with special maisonette rooms. Welcome of the lady owner was kind. She gave directly a lot of information of attractions and restaurants in the neighborhood. It was no problem to change the room to one with better conditions for handicapted persons. The location in the middle of agricultural land is nice too.

Everything went in the best possible way, from the accessibility of the location to the accommodation and the connection by public transport to Venice (by bus cca 20min.). The accommodation was exceptional, beautifully decorated and clean rooms with carefully restored pieces of art as well as beautiful paintings. The bed was extremely comfortable. Room with a view to the canal and the street leading to Venice and Padova. Free parking was in the back yard which meant a lot to us. Fantastic breakfast prepared by the owner with excellent morning coffee and relaxed communication. The owners just made the strongest impression to my wife and me with their kindness, treatment and desire to help in the best possible way to explore the most of our short stay in Venice. A highly recommended place where we will surely return soon to continue our research trip of the beautiful Venice we have just begun!

There were no blankets on beds and the thick cover of beds were not clean, we could not turn on TV , no macrowave at room , no boiling water from counter of hotel, very far from Venice, you take bus but very far, no shampoo at bathroom and no sandals for bathroom,
Good points: sheets were clean and they change each day, room was economic and beds were suitable, outside of hotel on the right you can find two nice bar and you can eat breakfast outside there with suitable price and the area around was beautiful

So many gorgeous old mansions along the canals, some beautifully renovated, some abandoned. Would have loved to your Villa Pisani; their website indicated the schedule, but when we got there, a sign was posted on the door saying the hours and days for the month of October were very limited and it was not open for when we were there.

Landlord was very helpful and nice. We could adress all needs and questions. Good information about transport/ways to Venice and nearest beaches(aprox. 45min by car, Sotomarina etc.).
We received 4 bottles of water each day, this deserves an extra plus. As well as we could spontanously check-in 4 hours earlier than announced.
Very comfortable beds and nice view from our room.
Perfect for exploring Venice and surroundings.

Everything was perfect, we arrived just with the owner instruction on Booking.com. Easy to find, Cleanliness 10. On site there was free minibar with 1 bottle of local wine, water, fruit juices, and coffee. Free wireless, cable tv, air conditioned. Venice is 20 minutes far, by car. We were really happy we stayed there.
