The hotel is made of high quality materials. Very nice room with a beautiful view. The spa and sauna area is great, the swimming pools too - warm water. Very nice service at the bar. Thanks to the courtesy of the bar staff, it was possible to order dishes that were not on the menu and their recommendations were great.

Perfect communication with the kind host, we booked two rooms and asked for connected rooms since we went as a family - we received a family unit! The rooms were perfectly clean, beautiful designed and well equipped. Bearkfast was above and beyond. The host knows the surrounding and recommended places to go.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are nice, and we loved the bath robes, slippers, flip flops, and the local toiletries provided in the room. The spa is also really nice, but be aware that you need to book spa time beforehand. It was not a problem for us, but I imagine it might be difficult to get spa time in the winter peak season.

I received an excellent treatment by all the members of the staff who remained consistently respectful and professional during my 17 days stay - answering questions always happy and with a smile regardless of the busy times and pressure of the season. A Hidden Gem Near Madonna di Campiglio We had an incredible 5-day skiing trip while staying at Hotel Ristorante Genzianella, and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel is located in a peaceful, quiet area with nothing much around, which was perfect for relaxation and unwinding. Every day, we drove to the Grostè parking lot, just 3 minutes away by car, to access the ski lifts. Although there is a ski bus available, the timetable wasn’t very convenient for us, so driving was a better option. The all-day parking fee was just €6, which was very reasonable. The service at the hotel was outstanding! The staff were incredibly friendly, always helpful, and gave great advice whenever we needed it. A special mention goes to the fantastic restaurant – a true highlight of our stay! The young chef is exceptionally talented, and every single dish we tried was absolutely delicious – “hats off” to him! The waiter, who speaks excellent English, and the lovely bartender were also amazing. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and while it was tasty, it wasn’t exactly what we’re used to in Poland. Most of the options were sweet pastries, but we understand that breakfast in Italy tends to be different. There were always small rolls, one type of ham, and cheese, and you could also make a toast. We did miss having some cottage cheese and fresh vegetables, but this is just a minor observation and doesn’t affect our overall impression of the hotel at all. The atmosphere in the hotel is warm, family-like, and very cozy. After challenging days on the slopes, we were able to relax and recharge perfectly. We are already planning to return next year because this place left us with such wonderful memories. I can’t help but smile every time I think about our

    Everything. This was the best skiing holiday we have ever had. The hotel is so cosy, the staff are all AMAZING. The rooms are simple but beautiful, very alpine cosy. The bathroom is lovely clean and warm. Ottavia was absolutely brilliant at helping us with restaurant bookings and also organised another night for us to stay at their sister hotel when we extended our trip by a day due to amazing snow!! (We wished we could have stayed another night at Cristal Palace however there was no room). The breakfast, omg. It was the best hotel breakfast and service we have ever had. The selection was truly amazing I think I put on about 3kgs lol! The service was amazing, the ambience and the views are unbeatable. The spa is BRILLIANT, so much bigger and nicer than we were expecting. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is a 5 minute walk into town and they have a private shuttle service which will pick you up anywhere within the Madonna ski region - truly amazing!!! It’s All in all I honestly couldn’t recommend more - we cannot wait to come back next year. It’s a cosy alpine treat in a beautiful ski resort with fantastic service.

    Everything about this place was amazing. When driving into the property, my partner and I were in awe of the look of the lodge and the surrounding landscape. When we walked in, we were greeted by 3 friendly dogs and the best complimentary hot chocolate we had in our entire lives. We were then shown our room which was super cosy, offering all the amenities and the most amazing view of the mountain range. We were then fed one of the best dinners of our lives, all home cooked then and there. Along side our dinner were board games and the company of the dogs. The hosts continually made sure we felt at home and always addressed our needs. They gave great hiking trail tips and even provided us with 2 more hot chocolates whilst taking about it. In the morning, we went for a walk with one of the dogs, were served complimentary eggs, cake and coffee for breakfast and went on our way. Overall, this stay was the absolute highlight of our trip and we will come again.

    The staff were amazing, they were all incredibly welcoming from the front desk, spa staff and waiters. The shuttle service was very useful for getting into town and back. The food in the hotel was very tasty and luxurious. Pascal the head waiter was a legend and a great host in the evenings. The views from the hotel were top notch, beautiful light on The Dolomites in the evenings. Meeting Madame Lorenzetti was a highlight of the stay there, she was welcoming and a great host. Would love to go back there, the photos and videos we were able to capture while staying were beautiful. The area is surrounded by a multitude of hikes for all abilities and ages. My Partner is professional photographer and videographer and would love to send the hotel some of the pictures and video as a bit of a thank you for the wonder stay and experience.

    The staff is truly exceptional. The hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms are beautiful and quiet, with a large bed and a great shower. Breakfast is very good, and having freshly pressed orange juice is a great treat. The slope is just across from the hotel, so you can easily ski in and out, and you get a discounted rental when you stay at the hotel, which is appreciated.

    Amazing place, amazing stay. Premises are new and very well maintained. Rooms are decent, clean and spacious. The place is 3 mins walking distance from rental place, ticket office and ski facilities: the perfect choice for ski holiday. Food and drinks are good quality and reasonably priced for the area.     Location was great, we had an amazing Mountain View from the balcony, the apartment was very clean and tidy and it had all the basics needs for our trip. The ski room was good too. The location was perfect, only 15 mins from Pinzolo ski lifts and less than 20 mins drive from Madonna di campiglio. We will definitely come back next year, very thing was perfect!

    Best hotel experience ever. 2 minute walk to skilift, terrific room, extremely clean, great food. Our favorite Hotel-staff: Alan, Paolo, Roberta and Ada were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel comfortable and relaxed but were also fun. Best G&T ever at the bar and nice to relax at the spa after a perfect day of skiing. We would love to come back.

    The whole place is eco-friendly and aims to protect the environment and minimize use of resources. First place I stayed that didn’t provide plastic water bottles! No plastic waste, fresh spring water from the sink, no plastic toxins in my drink.

    The accommodation is perfectly located, the hosts are awesome(Thanks again Valentina for such a great experience), the food is wonderful(plenty of things for the breakfast and 3 different courses + 2 desserts to pick from for dinners, changed every night), locally sourced wines and beers, really really recommend it!

    It's a very good ski area, modern, well maintained, slopes well groomed. The resort itself is quite upmarket, the shops and restaurants were relatively expensive compared to other Italian resorts. Our restaurant experiences were not especially good in the town. Up the mountain, although the catering was good value, the quality of the food was not great, although better and a lot cheaper than you might find in France up the mountain. The resort is in the Dolomites, although not on the Sella Ronda, and the scenery is breath-taking. Overall, it's a very good ski area and ski resort, and I would definitely return.

    A very nice place to go too.

    A very nice place to go too. I went to a waterfall park, you had to pay for entrance, but you can enjoy yourself all day here. And this was the only place in the surrounding I went to. I bet there is more to see, looking at the possibilities and landscape. I loved this nice little town.

    Madonna di Campiglio is an absolute delight! Beyond its charming boutiques, fantastic delicatessens, and excellent selection of supermarkets and restaurants, the skiing is simply outstanding. The resort offers a huge variety of runs for all skill levels, from gentle slopes to challenging black runs, all set against breathtaking mountain scenery. The lift system is modern and efficient, with plenty of gondolas and chairlifts making it easy to explore the vast ski area. Whether you’re hitting the slopes, indulging in local cuisine, or just soaking in the alpine atmosphere, this resort has it all. We can’t wait to return!

    Small town with lots of shops/restaurants/bars/groceries/ski lift walking distance (Doss de Sabion) New lift and new facilities up there. Views are spectacular from every angle. I would stay away during tourist season since it can get very crowded in the Piazza and grocery store etc. Locals are very nice and helpful. Most speak English.
