I had only one night here, but it was a very good experience. Peaceful is the main word I would use, which is great when you have the crazy, hectic, streets only a few minutes walk away. The staff and service was top notch and the same with the food. The hotel has an extensive menu of home cooked Indian food and more. They also helped me with various extras like currency exchange. In general, a very comfortable stay in tranquil surrounding with comfy bed, spacey room size, and nice balcony.

We stayed 3 weeks in Rudram hotel. From the beginning a warm welcome. We were received as part of the family. They did everything to make our stay wonderful. Everything is extremely clean, 2 ladies were ongoing taking care of that. From 8am till late evening you can order meals, they are freshly coocked and delicious. Filtered water is available. Airport shuttle and laundry service are available. There was always somebody at the reception helping when we needed something or for questions and advice. We loved everything. The hotel is away from all the chaos and offer amazing views of the mountain, forest and nature wonders. Absolutely loved the friendliness of the owner Suhail who is extremely kind to us. He drove us to certain local places and guiding us and providing useful advice for us around Dehradun. Even his staff have the same manners and professionalism and kindness. We booked three deluxe rooms and all of us including my friends were extremely satisfied and will be coming back again soon. The restaurant of the hotel offers delicious food. So happy we found this place… just AMAZING!!!

The hotel location is excellent offering best of both the worlds. its surrounded by lush greenery and dense tree cover and yet it is close to the bustling and happening hill station of Mussoorie. The breakfast was a lavish spread of various cuisines - continental, north Indian and south Indian. The presentation and layout was immaculate and the preparation was lip smacking. Above all the staff was ever ready to help and always had smiling faces. All in all a memorable experience - would definitely come again.

Great Hotel just a few minutes from Mall Road. Very professional staff and able to help you out anytime. Breakfast spread was amazing. Room spacious having amazing views to the valley. Hotel is huge with lots of room options. Special note: Last day of our stay our daughter was not well and the hotel staff went the extra mile to ensure that we helped. They sent one of their guys with us in the car to ensure that we were helped out on the route and at the hospital. Much appreciated.

Ease, the staff. Gym was superb, location- I ended up giving a video testimonial. What I loved was, my daughter was talking with a friend till about 4 am (teenagers!!) And the security guy asked her to use the banquet hall! I mean the care and calmness these folks have - who does it! So I would recommend this anytime! And yea, they gave us late (VERY LATE) checkout by 4 hours at 800 rs.. which is really cool!

Incredible location in Landour. Stayed in the Rhododendron Suite. Beautiful view over the valley with sunsets visible right from the room. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Food at Emily’s was consistently good. Tea garden and the afternoon tea was a treat. An amazing place to stay for a few days away. Will definitely be back!

Our stay felt like we went back in time. The hotel is full of history and you can tell they try hard to preserve it. The service is exceptional, they go above and beyond. The bedroom we stayed was very cute, with amazing views from the terrace. High tea was included in the price which was a nice surprise.

I went to Rishikesh with an open mind to witness the might...

I went to Rishikesh with an open mind to witness the might of the Ganges River, see the temples and join my wife in the participation of the Aarti Ceremony. There are the local habits, roving animals and crazy traffic that may annoy a lot of visitors. But I chose to rise above those and focus on the rituals, temples, monuments, daily activities, Ashrams (retreats) and the view of the Rishikesh valley. The flow of the Ganges and the 3 cable bridges (Ram Jhulla, Lachman Julla, and Janki Jhulla), and the chanting with the ceremonies in the evenings were mesmerizing, humbling and a joy to the soul. I felt blessed to be there.

Reach Mall-road from Library chowk before 5 PM, so that you can pay the fee and enter and park your car inside Mall-road. The paid parking inside is better. The paid parking outside Mall-road is very far and prices are insane. Be careful while you shop, you have to bargain hard! Do take the trolley to the Gun hill point - The view from the top is amazing. Avoid rainy days as you cannot travel and there is no view.

Not green enough, options other than resorts are minimal or nil. We went to kosi river ramnagar it was very dirty. N a food restaurant near it was very unhygienic, it was smelling of dead rats. It was pathetic.

There are many more less explored resorts in Uttrakhand like ranikhet mukteshwar etc which offer pristine and great panoramic view. Bhimtal is crowded and may be okay for the first time travellers to Uttrakhand.

I have a request to all the travelers, to all the brothers, Hotel Satyanarayan is a fake hotel, it is fake property, I had made booking for it and had also given 50% advance when I reached Kedarnath and I When I reached Kedarnath, even though I was 50 percent safe, these people took me away from the salon and also blocked me after filing an FIR.
