The main part of the hotel is not affected or inconvenienced by this. My room was spotlessly clean, with simple, crisp decor and included a desk, fridge with minibar and electric kettle. Air conditioning worked well when needed, opening window provide good ventilation at night. It’s about ten - fifteen minutes’ walk to multiple restaurants and the main shopping and historical areas. This was my fourth trip to Taraz, and I feel more familiar with the surroundings/attractions. It is a peaceful, family-friendly modern city in southern Kazakhstan.
