We felt so comfortable and relaxed there - we were two families and kids ages 7, 10 and 12. There was plenty of beds and bedding - all of our beds and pillows were very comfortable! Unlike many other cottages we've visited in Latvia, you can drink the water from the tap here and it tasted incredible (from an underground water source - it tasted so pure). The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming as well - communication was quick and easy, checking in was a breeze. We also booked the wood-fired hot tub and had a wonderful evening enjoying the tub! The cottage is a short drive from Cesis as well, so we were able to do some things in town during the day and then be fully immersed in the countryside for the rest of the time. The place was very beautiful and peaceful, we really enjoyed our stay. Although we were not lucky with the weather, as there was a stormy wind, it didn't stop us from having a barbecue. We have stayed there twice before and were determined to stay there again. It didn't fail us on our third visit. THe staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and clean.
