- From US$211.41 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.2Good - What previous guests thought, 213 reviewsWe had a nice stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. It’s conveniently located near minimarkets, which was great for quick purchases. A particularly nice touch was the presence of a sandbox/play area for kids—it made it easier to relax while the little ones had fun. The property has good features like a dual shower and dryer, although the bathroom space was a bit tight. There were also a few ants near the entrance, which could be improved. Still, the positives outweighed the small issues, and we appreciated the thoughtful family-friendly setup. Would recommend for families looking for a practical and comfortable stay.Guest review byKabeerUnited States
- From US$86.80 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 5,714 reviewsI thought it is a bit far away to go to old town, but it was just 10 min by taxi and price was just 30 MAD. All staff is so kindly and very good customer service. Room is clean and there was a bathtub. I felt the location is safely than old town. So it didn’t need worry about walking around at the night time. Also we ate a dinner in front of the pool. Food was nice and staff was so friendly. We spent a great time. Thank you very much!!Guest review byMOMOKOJapan
- From US$412.93 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 254 reviewsAuthentic Moorish and well maintained Palace with a pool. Close to Old Fez. Few steps away from Medina. Gorgeous rooftop restaurant for diners and breakfast. Polite staff. Clean rooms , extra nice duvet on the bed. Parking inside is available for free. Strongly recommend. We were upgraded to a suit, as travelled in low season, that gave us an extra perk.Guest review byAndrasHungary
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 165 reviewsThe decor and furniture inside the riad are unbelievable. Everywhere you went it was visually amazing. Each of the many areas had a different character and feel, which made the overall experience incredibly broad and diverse. Excellent value for money given how opulent and classy it was. We will definitely return there if we go back to Fes.Guest review byFrancesFrance

Fez is a fascinating city, full of life, commerce, and talented artisans. To appreciate Fez, come with an open-mind, ready to explore a world that in many ways hasn't changed in hundreds of years. A good guide can help you appreciate the history and beauty of some of the historic buildings (the medrasa, the tanneries, the oldest university), the quality of the handicrafts and the way of life of the people who make the medina their home. Visiting the Fez medina is an intense and rewarding experience.Guest review byLindaUnited States - 8.0
Interesting medina, market and main square.
Interesting medina, market and main square. Short (free) visit to mausoleum is main event, otherwise not a lot to do. Probably 1 day/night is sufficient. Use as a base for half day visit to Volubolis. Limited decent restaurants , most are in Riads. A restaurant with a terrace with nice views exists on inside of gateway near main gateGuest review byPaulUnited Kingdom - 6.0

You really don't need to stop here and stay over... The todra gorge is beautiful to see, but you could drive up to it and out again. I recommend stopping at Family el Mabrouk restaurant on your way into the gorge for a truly authentic experience. They are so full of energy. They'll dress you up in traditional wear and take photo's for you. They even took me with to the Souk in town. Highly recommend.Guest review byFischerFrance - 8.0
Midelt was an interesting town/city.
Midelt was an interesting town/city. There is lots to explore there. We enjoyed wandering around the souk. Sitting at the foot of the mountains it is quite beautiful in the changing light. Midelt feels that it is well looked after and maintained compared to other cities and towns we have visited in Morocco.Guest review byArthaAustralia - 10.0

Peculiar European style roof houses for sliding the melted ice, calm, quiet and very comfortable hotels available, especially I highly recommend MICHLIFEN RESORT. Hotel staff was very obedient, punctual. Hotel surrounding, forest tour by walk.. Deep inside, a visit to a small lake for a short picnic, smaller town comparatively and a short centre ville visit are special moments in 4 days visit. A retirement town. I breathed most clean air in the whole of my life. Very clean town.. I always used to rate some rural area of Sub Saharan Africa as the best for good air quality but now my new option is IFRANE of this beautiful country "MOROCCO".Guest review byJayant PALNITKARIndia - 10.0

It was the perfect place for us to meet and get some rest the night before heading to Merzouga! Hassan is a lovely person and was super helpful in getting to and from his home. His home is extremely clean and spacious. Hassan was a great host! I would highly recommend his home.Guest review byDestiny MarieUnited States - 10.0
Truly spectacular building, location, and views!
Truly spectacular building, location, and views! The facility is almost magical in in architecture...all stone that blends in with the Gorge area and the quality of the building is top notch. Also, great that it is mostly run on energy from the sun. To top it all off, we had the cave room, which is truly unique. Finally, the staff was super friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended even if a little off the beaten path. Well worth it.Guest review byGregory - 6.0
Not much happening in this town.
Not much happening in this town. Hard to find good restaurants. Most places seem to serve fast food. Probably the biggest draw is the proximity to Ifrane National Park and the famous Barbary macaques. They are easily spotted on the road N13 leading into town mainly because people like to feed them there so there are plenty to see.Guest review byJamesUnited States - 10.0
had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful mountain hotel.
had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful mountain hotel. The views were absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sight of mist rolling over the peaks was like a dream. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful tips for exploring the area. My room was cozy, spotless, and perfectly blended modern comfort with rustic charm. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, especially after a day of hiking. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, nature, and a touch of luxury. Can’t wait to come back!Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Early September was the wrong time to go there (my mistake) - far too hot to be enjoyable. Getting around in the Medina was very difficult and sometimes frustrating. There one can easily fall into the trap of being accosted by self-styled guides who will take you to various shops and ask you for money at the end. Perhaps for an older traveller it would have been better to lodge outside the Medina and visit it from there with an official tour. On the positive side, some of the sites were very beautiful and the people mostly very friendly and helpful.Guest review byMacFinland
