- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 589 reviewsStaying at Dar Tahri & Spa was an amazing experience from the beginning till the end. The check-in was quickly and smooth, the payment process was transparent. The room itself was nice and clean, it smelled plesantly of cedar since the most of the furniture was made of it. The bathroom was big enough and had a good ventilation, which is important cause the hotel has a swimming pool on the rooftop and so we dried our swimsuits easily. Another highlight of the hotel is a traditional homemade Moroccan breakfast. It served with freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and the best mint tea we had in Morocco. I also highly recommend to visit the hammam of the hotel. It's deeply relaxing after the long walks in old medina. Many thanks to all the hotel team for the great service and particularly to Aziz for his hospitality.Guest review byAliliyarRussia
- From US$340.48 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 622 reviewsThe breakfast is excellent, as you would expect from a 5 star hotel, but what made Hotel Sahrai stand out for us was their human side. Mrs. Semira applied a traditional remedy to our 8-year-old daughter with a fever. After which she kissed her on the forehead. My wife and I will be forever grateful. And of course, the General Manager, Mrs. Lamiaâ Boujnini, who organized a wonderful in-room dinner for us and took on a difficult assignment I asked for some handmade leather goods. We couldn't leave the hotel but they made everything easy and comfortable for us. Thank you.Guest review byfedericoSpain
- From US$157.97 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.8Good - What previous guests thought, 2,121 reviewsMr Omar from the reception received us very well. It was a nice welcoming, and we felt immediately like we were home. The check-in was very fast, which was important because we had a 4 hour cat ride to arrive from Casablanca. Thank you Omar!🙏 The rooms are big and very clean. The swimming pool is wonderful and huge, sun all day over it. Our daughter had an amazing time during our stay. The location is perfect, next to the mall and close to the centre where you can have anything you need by foot.Guest review byEl MachaoudBelgium
- From US$87.16 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 6.2Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 809 reviewsI would like to warmly thank the hotel’s technical team for their prompt and professional intervention in solving the chasse d’eau issue. Despite the difficulty of the repair, they demonstrated great expertise. While observing two technicians, perhaps assisted by the technical manager, I was truly impressed by the way they made the operation look simple—almost like a delicate heart surgery. My sincere congratulations and deepest respect for their excellent work.Guest review bydavidirneSpain

Fez is a fascinating city, full of life, commerce, and talented artisans. To appreciate Fez, come with an open-mind, ready to explore a world that in many ways hasn't changed in hundreds of years. A good guide can help you appreciate the history and beauty of some of the historic buildings (the medrasa, the tanneries, the oldest university), the quality of the handicrafts and the way of life of the people who make the medina their home. Visiting the Fez medina is an intense and rewarding experience.Guest review byLindaUnited States - 2.0

I think that one day Raddison Blu can be a great hotel as they have good facilities. What they lack is flexibility and customer attention as their focus is on satisfying the needs of all guests without paying attention to each.Guest review byEDWARDUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Booking.
Booking. Com is very hard to write a review in the system, it deleted all my long descriptions. The accommodation was wonderful and welcoming. The 15th century palace in the middle of the 9000 Fez alleyways was stunning and beautiful. The staff was exceptional and helpful and quickly became friends. Moroccan people are polite and respectful and helpful.Guest review bycorinnaUnited States - 4.0

Early September was the wrong time to go there (my mistake) - far too hot to be enjoyable. Getting around in the Medina was very difficult and sometimes frustrating. There one can easily fall into the trap of being accosted by self-styled guides who will take you to various shops and ask you for money at the end. Perhaps for an older traveller it would have been better to lodge outside the Medina and visit it from there with an official tour. On the positive side, some of the sites were very beautiful and the people mostly very friendly and helpful.Guest review byMacFinland - 2.0

I was in and around Fez during Ramadan.
I was in and around Fez during Ramadan. This requires believers to give up food and drink from sunrise to sunset. That is why we, as tourists, must behave respectfully towards the natives/locals... The hustle and bustle in the Medina is normal, Friday threre is a day like Sunday for us in EU. For Medina I recommend the first visit with a guide so as not to get lost between 900 - 10,000 streets As far as I know, there have been some issues at the airport with mobile boarding tickets in the past (they were calculated for paper printing), so it may be better to fix this sooner. As far as I could see on April 12, the couple in front of me came with mobile cards (on the phone) and they kindly gave them boarding passes for freeGuest review byMladenSlovenia - 4.0

It is close to the main road, relatively quite, staff are friendly, but the hotel is crying for renovation, even the beds sheets are old and have holes in them, its dated and lost its spark, its good for one night or two to crash in, if you only use it to sleep the night, very boring.Guest review bySulayman - 6.0
The medina is a Unesco protected cultural heritage.
The medina is a Unesco protected cultural heritage. Too bad the only thing you can see, apart from some (mostly closed) gates, is old narrow streets and shops. Locals prey on tourists in order to squeeze them dry :) In Rabat or Salé you can get a more authentic sense of a medina without the commercial pressure.Guest review byPeterItaly - 2.0
Location was nice
Location was nice Residence was not equipped and was very dirty I rented two bungalows and both had. Blocked sinks. Infested by ants, flies and insects. Was very dirty and that was done was poor. Pillows had no pillow cases and not enough towels left over to give us from hotel side.Guest review byRedouanUnited Kingdom
