The hotel is a jewel! We were upgraded to an apartment and it was amazing - spacious, comfortable, luxurious. The hotel is small, but has everything - good breakfast, wonderful staff (especially Boyan who was very kind and helpful and recommended many beautiful spots in the area), and a small spa, which is booked individually, so we enjoyed an hour in the spa to ourselves. There is a free parking in front of the hotel and it's close to the black lake. We've had an amazing experience and highly recommend this place.

A lovely place to stay. Everything is nearby and easy to reach, whether it's the main attractions, restaurants or beautiful nature spots. The hotel is cozy, clean, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere which makes it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff are polite and welcoming. The view and the jacuzzi are what sets this property apart, of course. It's in a prime location and we felt delightfully secluded, even though there are a few other chalets close by. They're placed so that you would hardly be aware of your neighbours.

The location was perfect. When you come outside the views were breathtaking and the only thing you here were the birds. We did a hike from the house into the mountains and that was just really great. The hosts were very nice and everything was clear. Nearby is a restaurant were you can get the best food; breakfast, lunch and diner, everything was very good and there was a lot of food. The woman of the restaurant was also very kind to us. We definitely want to come back to this beautiful place and want to recommend it to everybody!
