Beautiful hotel in a nice location in Kotor bay. The breakfast buffet was very good and the rooms nice and super clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Even though it wasn’t a sandy beach it is set up so pretty with the private promenade facing the fjord. Overall a very nice experience.

AMAZING. We loved this hotel. I will always recommend it. The food is great. The views are beautiful - rooms overlooking the water and some yachts. They had no problems with my small dog and I even took her to breakfast with me - which also was very tasty and had a big choice. The staff was very kind and relaxed. This is one of the best and nicest places I have stayed.

We loved the fact that we got a room with a great view of the sea. Easy access to a lot of places like Kotor and Budva City. The Albanian border is just 2 hours away If you walk down a few steps, you will find a strip of different beaches and restaurants. There is a supermarket just a few mins away, too. Their bathrooms are quite large and spacious. Its a very new building, therefore they have maintained it very well. Good variety of food for breakfast.

This beautiful little hotel was more than we expected. The hotel is really, really clean so actually from the entrance you can walk bare foot 😀.Rooms are beautiful and smell so good. The host were super friendly and they would do anything to make you feel comfortable. Our breakfast was 10 out of 10 ! We have been served food for at least 6 people and we were only 2 of us ! This is categorically, definitely an indubitably the best hotel we have ever stayed at ever. 💓❤️‍🔥 We have stayed at many hotels over our travels and this by far is the best. 😊👍It's not just the best because of the hotel itself, the rooms are impeccable and also the best room we've ever stayed in with the most beautiful views of the sea and a double balcony. Not just for the amazing spas and swimming pools here. It is truly for the level of care, kindness and love shown by everybody who works here. I don't truly know where to begin with our "thank yous" for everyone. 💞Firstly Jovana, David and Jasmina on the front desk and everybody else who works there, Tijana, Elza and Svetlana (for her wonderful massage too) and to the bar/restaurant staff and maids (with the best cocktails) and Igor, Andrea, Milica, Milena and Anna and to the chef Stefan (who cooked us THE best Sea food platter we have ever eaten), the managers and everybody else I may have missed, sorry if I did.     Beautiful old town, essential to take a boat trip along the bay to view the majestic mountains. The cable car is also a great activity, not only do you get a view of Kotor Bay but when you get to the top there is a lot to explore. The roads are very busy so it takes a while to get around. Essential to book a taxi before you arrive at the airport as the taxis from there are very expensive. Absolutely amazing scenery. Very busy old town as cruise liners arrive daily.

    We enjoyed the size of the resort, small enough to walk around with lots of small shingle beaches where it was easy to enter the sea for safe swimming. The grocery shops were well stocked with reasonably priced fresh produce. A good variety of boat trips were available. The local transport was somewhat problematic with no proper timetables even online. We would have travelled around more if we knew what time the bus should come.

    Ulcinj beach area is for the most part quite dirty and littered. There are people prepared to scam you readily. We did like the fortress area and found a cleaner beach near there (Liman Beach) that we quite liked.

    I visited both Tivat and Kotor, but the Herceg Novi area is definitely the best place to stay around the Bay of Kotor: the most beautiful, cleanest, calmest, nicest vibe, better price level (e.g. accommodation, restaurants, etc.).

    I'm afraid my impression of Bar was that it was industrial, a bit ugly and not very well looked after.(Sorry Bar, maybe I didn't go to the right places!) Wanting to visit places that are not yet wholly given over to tourism, is a two edged sword; it means that the 'pretty views' are often obscured by something utilitarian and not pretty! I took a taxi boat to Sutomore beach, which was a lovely trip and incredibly good value. The beach and water was fabulous but I think every person in the whole of Montenegro had had the same idea and the beach was extremely crowded. My reason for visiting Bar was to do the train journey from Bar to Belgrade, which I had read was one of the most beautiful in Europe. It did not disappoint and made me forgive Bar everything!

    From the sveti stefan bus stop, it’s very easy to get around, buses to Budva Old Town run every 20 minutes, cost €2.5 one way, and take about 20 minutes. Taxi from Tivat airport is around €55–60 and takes about 40 minutes. For food, we often bought frozen homemade dishes from a Ukrainian shop in Budva, which were really tasty.
