- From US$2,320.46 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.6Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 69 reviewsStaying at Anantara Kihavah for our honeymoon exceeded all our expectations, and our holiday on the beautiful island was truly magical! We were greeted onto the island by bongo’s,the staff welcoming us on the pier and serving us fresh coconut water before our lovely villa host,Harnie drove us on a buggy through the lush island plantations to our incredible, newly renovated, spacious and private over water villa, which offered full sea and beach view, and from where we enjoyed complete tranquility. The staff was impeccable! They always went out of their way to make each of our experiences memorable and personalized, remembering our names, surprising us with honeymoon cake, champagne and decorations and always offering us our preferred drinks for breakfast and dinner. Every night, we were taken on an amazing culinary journey at one of the five incredible restaurants, that offer cuisines from around the world and each in a beautiful setting, overlooking the water. Our favorite restaurants were “spice” and “sea” - Sea is the under water restaurant, from where we were taken on a gastronomic journey of a five course meal, six meters under water, experiencing the “message in a bottle” immersive dinner whilst marveling at the sharks, stingrays and more fish than you can imagine, peacefully swim around us in unison. The amazing execute chef,Joachim prepared our dessert on the table, like a masterpiece too beautiful to eat,and he was always present at the restaurants, ensuring guests were enjoying their outstanding meals. Another “wauw” experience was the snorkeling, which we thoroughly enjoyed and we were so impressed by the abundance of marine creatures and sea life, swimming around, just feet below the surface of the Indian Ocean. It felt so calm under the water, and as though the fish were inviting us to join them in their underwater World. Anantara Kihavah is truly one of the BEST resorts we have ever stayed at and we loved every moment of this unforgettable honeymoon.Guest review byvanessaUnited Arab Emirates
- From US$1,123.55 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 175 reviewsWe visited Hideaway resort in February 2023. It was our best Maldives trip ever. We would like to highlight first the team spirit , the service and the management support during the entire trip. Secondly we loved our beach sunset villa (110) the interior, the size of the villa was outstanding. Beautiful view to the beach, super size garden for the kids with a cool pool. If you like snorkel or dive it’s the best place to visit. To find the marine life is literally 3 steps from the beach. I would recommend to take the all inclusive package to not worry about your food and beverage during your stay. ( specially if you drink alcohol ;-) We took that option and was a best choice. I would like to mention a few people and staff but actually the entire team was outstanding. In the restaurant: Shahid who serve us the best breakfast ;-) iIn Meeru Bar: Sonai who served the best food for us, Adi & Agus who run tireless with our cocktail. For families with kids: the kids club offers fantastic activities for the whole day. Our kids (11 and 9 years old) enjoyed it so much, it was hard to take them out of it. There is only one area what they should improve: the transfer from/to Male. As the island is far from the capital, there is only one seaplane per day so you most probably need to take the domestic flight and count with longer travel time. But beside that, the resort, the facilities beside that, the resort, the facilities and the service is perfect! We couldn’t expect more! Diving center: Sara who managed for us many beautiful diving courses. Resort Manager / GM Amir & Christophe who always keen to provide the best solution. Last but not least our butler Muson, who support us during the entire holiday with passion and creativity!Guest review byElekSwitzerland
- From US$1,854.70 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 233 reviewsThis was our first time visiting the Maldives and we had a phenomenal time on this beautiful island. We absolutely loved our overwater villa - it was extremely spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The house reef was stunning - we went snorkelling multiple times a day and saw lots of amazing fish. We also enjoyed many of the excursions on offer. The staff are all exceptionally good at their jobs - they adhere to impeccable standards of service, attend to every little detail, and are genuinely friendly so that you feel right at home. We have travelled all over the world and we genuinely felt like this was some of the best service we have ever experienced. The breakfast is phenomenal as are the lunch / dinner options. Overall, you are left with the impression that the resort is very well-run, employs happy people who are proud of where they work, and every little detail has been thought through to make your stay memorable. The island itself is beautiful and is surrounded by stunning sparkling turquoise waters. The island is small so you will never feel like there's too many people, and it is also kid-free.Guest review byRoDenmark
- From US$1,491.99 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.8Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 423 reviewsThe resort is very well maintained. The water villas are huge and very beautiful. The hygiene is better than in a private hospital. Outstanding cleaningness level! All the restaurants are very supportive regards any type of dietary restrictions. Vast choices of wines. I would say probably the best price to quality ratio in Maldives. The staff is super friendly and helpful. All of the staff - sorry, we cannot mention everyone. Special thanks to - Visham- our villa host. He was extremely helpful and supportive. Made our holiday special. Any questions that arised, he was solving them with confidence and professionalism. - Dejan Simic - tennis coach. Very professional and educated in his field person. Very inspiring. He really motivated me to continue my journey in to the world of tennis. Really enjoyed our tennis lessons. - Ahmad- bartender. Very positive and helpful . It was a pleasure to see his work and cheerful attitude. - housekeeping team. Sorry I don’t know your names but you did a great job. The villa couldn’t be cleaner than that. - spa team. Great massages and very positive atmosphere.Guest review byVasilBulgaria
- From US$583.69 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 173 reviewsOur 12-night stay at Kudafushi Resort was amazing, and we highly recommend it! The level of service provided by the staff was exceptional—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The main restaurant impressed us with its variety of high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Juju Bar was another highlight, with attentive service and relaxing evenings enhanced by live music from a talented performer. The à la carte dining experiences at the Sea Edge and Olive Me restaurants were incredible; the pre-selected menus (fish, meat, or vegetarian) were top-notch and well-prepared. As we were upgraded to private villa with pool, it offered a perfect mix of comfort and privacy, thanks to the bamboo partitions/walls which villas without pool missed. Housekeeping was outstanding, and in-villa dining services were quick and efficient, especially for breakfast.Guest review byJosef_999Czech Republic
- From US$628.08 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,281 reviewsWe had an incredible stay at this breathtaking Maldives resort! The property's scenic beauty exceeded our expectations, with crystal-clear waters, pristine beaches, and lush greenery. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service provided by Tanu Sheraz and Bishal. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring our comfort were truly commendable. Our kids had an absolute blast at the resort, enjoying the kids' club area, snorkeling, and other activities. The resort's facilities and services catered perfectly to families, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable Maldives experience.Guest review bygeetikaIndia

Our villa was super comfortable and we had the most incredible sunset view from the terrace. We chose this resort in great part due to the dining options available, and the restaurants did not disappoint! We particularly loved Vakku and Onu. We enjoyed a very relaxing couples massage at the spa, but the really highlight were all of the activities, especially turtle snorkeling and snorkeling around the house reef.Guest review byNefeliUnited Arab Emirates
- From US$3,376.79 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 88 reviewsI want to add to the previous review: all the shortcomings eliminated the next day after my comment. And the rubric of unsolicited advice: I strongly recommend taking a snorkeling lesson, if you are a beginner like me, do not worry, in this hotel you will be in good hands). The reef here is very beautiful! You can see an incredible underwater world within two minutes of the villa. And we also took an excursion with dolphins and another one with mantas. We were very happy with the organization, the guides and got a lot of emotions!Guest review byKseniiaUkraine
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,623 reviewsBeautiful island, amazing coral reef just on the beach. You can spot sharks and a lot of fish species. The restaurant serves a huge variety of delicious food. All the staff is very professional and extremely polite (special thanks to Mr. Pawan from the reception and Lateef from the restaurant). It is a real paradise for scuba divers. It is worth going on trips organized by the hotel's diving centre. Beautiful places and best diving experience ever! Thank you very much for a great time!Guest review byRadosławPoland

You have beautiful corals just by your villa. We had a water villa and it was a sumptuous experience. I also had the chance to discuss with the resort’s resident marine biologist and it’s great that the resort takes such care of its environment.Guest review byVincentCzech Republic

I absolutely would return!
I absolutely would return! After the fact I was told this was a Russian resort but we interacted with a variety of guests during our visit. Our neighbors were guests 20 years ago and returned with two children. They were having an absolute ball. I loved the swim up bar at the pool - and the fact it was at the opposite end (along with a divider) from the children's area. Super attentive and friendly staff, great meals, I didn't tire of the options at the buffet. The a la carte restaurant was lovely too. We did the all inclusive and it was definitely worth it. Great chill vibe and overall a fun place to relax and play.Guest review byHollie - 10

Overall, it’s an excellent place to destress or spend time w families or just a couple retreat! Very organized from the airport in Male to our final destination in the resort and vice versa. It was our first time in Maldives and we immediately felt safe knowing that someone was waiting for us to give us guide and navigate the how’s and do’s.Guest review byGroverUnited States - 10

Expected Dharavandoo just to be a transit island with it's airport traveling to a resort nearby. We had chosen to spend a few days in the Biosphere guesthouse. The charming guesthouse itself, the wonderfull staff and the range of activities made us extend our stay with a few days. It's the perfect startingpoint for alot of affordeable (water) activities and also the island has alot to offer (inc nice beaches, snorkling spot's, sports- and playgrounds, restaurant (Krill is recomended!),... We spent new year's eve where the islands council arranges a memorable big party for tourists and residents.Guest review byC_OutriggerBelgium - 2.0
Says that you get transportation to the island.
Says that you get transportation to the island. We paid for 6 nights and 5 days and got kicked out at 0300 am even though check out was at 1200. They made us leave 12 hours early because the free transfer was NOT free. We then had to sit and sleep in airports all day. They said we could pay an extra $289 per person to get the seaplane or we had to leave at 0300 and robbed us of a full day and have refused to reimburse us. In addition to this, my partner was drugged while staying there and the staff did nothing to help us or accommodate us. I would NOT stay in this place ever again!!!! It reads on their website that seaplane is free to island. They got us way late on the first day, and made us leave 12 hours early on the final day and have refused to comp us for the final day. I would NEVER stay here again nor would I recommend other guests to stay here. Everything was an additional upgraded cost, most activities were cancelled or non existent, or were additional costs. It is also very sad that this place turned out not to be safe since my partner was roofied while staying here and the staff expressed no concern by this.Guest review byMalloryUnited States - 10
The beach is so clean without any plastics wastes and trash.
The beach is so clean without any plastics wastes and trash. The sand bank is so beautiful and waters are coming with so amazing colors. I believe everyone traveled to Fulhadhoo was amazed by its beauty and tranquility. I do wish Fulhadhoo keeps its identity as exquisite, exclusive and pure inhabited islands open for travelers without increasing any unnecessary commercials. Just one thing for this island, the East sand band is soooo beautiful with its own serenity but I don’t understand why almost every day someone is burning rubber trash nearby which makes the sunrise time and mid-noon amazing waters time so unpleasant.Guest review by鲁西西China - 10

Excellent choice of food in the restaurant, beaches clean but varied from nice soft sand to gritty coral sand. It's a 50 minute flight by Sea Plane from Male and absolutely worth it. The variety of fish when snorkelling, no bugs whatsoever. Stunning beaches. I would go there again in a heart beat. We did the half day excursion that includes visiting Tsunami Island, Dolphin watching, Snorkelling at a gorgeous Reef and a nice little lunch. Worth it! We also went to the H2O Restaurant (not sure if you can only do that if you stay at the Me & You Maldives Hotel). It's expensive but worth every penny. The food is incredible not to mention the overall experience.Guest review byNataschaSwitzerland - 10
We liked almost everything.
We liked almost everything. Our vacation was relaxing and beautiful. The beach was perfect, with soft almost white sand and warm, clear blue water. The bungalow was was really cozy with sun set view. Snorkeling we saw sharks, turtles, so many amazing small fishes. And they were almost near our place. We had wonderful neighbors and made new friendships.Guest review byDaniela AntonovaSpain
