The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good and there are eateries and supermarket just a stone throw's away from the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Rooms are very modern with all expected amenities. Loved the mezzanine floor for second bed to give more privacy. Perfect for our family of 4. Check in was quick and easy with outstanding communication.

The receptionist is kind and helpful. We had a problem and it got fixed right away. The room was nicely sized. The location is spot on. The train station is really close so getting to Amsterdam was super easy.

I was on holiday with my girlfriend, the room and hotel were excellent, the view was gorgeous and the location was good, I can't even believe that we got it for such a price in such a place. No one bothered us. I liked that we had a dnd, but they left us clean towels and stuff. I recommend.

Great accomodation, very kind staff, always helpfull. The hotel is only 15 minutes by train from Amsterdam Centraal and the train goes every six minutes.

This Hotel was superb, staff very friendly, breakfast was also very good. The cleanliness was exceptional and the location was very near to the train station. Being very near to the train station it was still very quite in the room. Would refer this hotel and would book again in the future.

Never had a problem that Golden zaan hotel, was not willing to fix! I have thoroughly enjoyed my trips booking through them and will always recommend it. Very reliable and helpful.

The suite was HUGE! I wish I could have stayed more than 1 night The bed was super comfortable and towels extra fluffy. The walk in rain shower is amazing and a lovely design. There was a large sitting area with window lounge overlooking the square . It is noisy facing onto all the bars and restaurants, but as soon as a closed with window it almost disappears. The fruit tea was delicious and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion all smell great! The conditioner even worked on my hair, which hotel products never do! The self check in wasn't working for the Monument Hotel so the staff had to assist 2 other people arriving first, there was a little wait but nothing major and the staff were very friendly.
